At around midnight we discovered two large spiders in our dome, moving in and out of the roof flaps directly above the bed. The ceiling is high and we had nothing to use to get them. I have a phobia and was severely panicked. A staff member immediately came over to help and ultimately they moved me to another suite. I really appreciate the empathy they showed me in a difficult situation. Apart from the spiders. The facility was perfect. The bed was comfy, there’s a bathroom right in the dome, there were space heaters to keep us warm. There’s also a hot tub at the main building that we enjoyed.
The spiders of course (ha) but the staff said that the rooms do get fumigated

The staff was very accommodating and understanding. There was a misunderstanding with the amenities in our original booking, and the staff seemed happy to help us out and put us in a different cabin without having to pay extra. Absolutely some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at a camp ground.
It’s a campground, so these complaints are really just a product of that. But the facilities were quite spread out. Not a reason to avoid staying here. But just something to be aware of. The only real complaint I have is that the hot tub lights were a bit too bright once the sun went down.

A beautiful location, and close to town and lots of activities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded which was wonderful and ensured a peaceful night despite being by the motorway and train track. We also enjoyed the hot tub.
We had planned on the glamping tent (which was well set up) but as a light sleeper the noise from the motorway and train track would have disrupted my sleep so they kindly offered us an upgrade for a minimal fee.

Loved the cabin. Gorgeous cabin! The ambiance of the cabin was so inviting and relaxing. The resort had nice facilities. The cabin was pretty sound proof as we couldn’t hear the highway or train. I LOVED the steam shower, it was amazing!! The rest of the shower was really nice too. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice. The value of the resort was incredible as we felt we got a lot for our money which was good. We felt rested while on vacation here.
The facilities were so nice that it’s difficult to find anything wrong. So to come up with something to comment on in this box I actually have to be picky…. Soooo… The air conditioner is actually a bit noisy. I wonder if there is a way that the sound could be dampened? Maybe try to soundproof the closet it’s in? Also the BBQ needs a new brush. The bristles are worn out and I had to flick brush bristles off the grill of our BBQ. Maybe a few more BBQ utensils would be nice too. Also if the kitchen had more plates as it had 4 but if you’re serving food and such it’s nice to have extra plates. But these are all small things and we had an excellent time at Boulder Mountain and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend to anyone!! Thank you for a nice stay!

We had a great one week stay and really enjoyed it. We stayed in a cabin that was fully equipped, very clean and the most comfortable beds. Location is close to town but I loved going back to the fireplace, hot tub and all the comforts of home. Staff were very friendly and always looking to help us out. Great stay thank you!
There really wasn't anything I would change or add.

Love the service, the receptionist was so friendly, the tent and facilities were fab, especially the hot tub where you always chat with a nice crowd. Also love that cans are allowed at the jacuzzi, helps for apres ski :-)
We have been here numerous times so we know what to expect. New customers need to be aware that the train and TC highway are next door, bring ear bugs if you are a light sleeper.

Although toilet was a Portaloo was for our own use and was clean. Fridge in room and outside seating area. In secluded woodland location. Shower blocks clean and open all hours. Air conditioning
The noise from adjacent Trans Canada highway and railway line. Mosquitoes..come prepared for repelling and post bites. Lack of running water in the rustic cabin alt6 water bottle supplied with cooling options. Lighting a bit subdued.

The property was well thought out. There is a hiking trail, great to walk your dog after a long drive. There was also a small dog enclosure. During our visit it was closed for the season, but definitely an feature we will use on our next visit. Loved the fire place! We didn’t have an opportunity to take advantage of the fire pit or BBQ but these were great options. The store had some of the basic food staples if you forgot them.
Two suggestions, not complaints. Mattress pads on the bed and a cozy blanket for the couch.

The cabin was spacious for the 3 of us - small double beds but very comfy. The location was perfect as we wanted somewhere for a sleepover to break up a long drive and this was directly off the main road. Staff were very friendly and available in the reception/shop until 10pm which was useful. Great parking right next to the cabin (and in the shade).
An oven would be useful (only a small hob and microwave was provided, but this was fine for our 1 night stay).

Upon arrival we were greeted by lovely staff, who were very helpful. We stayed in a glamping tent and as expected when we first stepped inside it was cold however the heaters warmed it up so quickly and it was so cosy! We had a great 1 night stay and the amenities weren’t too far and were also very clean and warm!
It didn’t bother us, but for light sleepers the train tracks aren’t too far away. I say it just adds to the whole experience!
