Loved the location, with walking distance to everything in town. Great kitchen, although access to sink and cupboards/dishwasher was a bit constricted. I loved having 3 bathrooms for our family. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Impeccably clean. Hot tub was lovely. BTW, I did not know ahead of time that this property had a hot tub. Looking back I couldn't find it in the property description. You should emphasize this, because it was one of the highlights of staying here. The hot tub was huge, there were 2 of them, and plentiful towels. Loved having 2 TV screens.

Needed more coffee filters and coffee ( only 2 provided). A bit more cutlery would have been nice : we had a few friends over for dinner and ran out of dishes and cutlery.

I stayed in a ground floor studio unit with direct access to my vehicle on one side and the street, and adjacent coffee shop (Dose - delicious), which was very practical. The location is fantastic as the downtown is walkable with a lot of weather protection (you know it rains and snows a lot in Revy). The room has a fully functional kitchen which I did not use but I could see that this would be amazing for a longer stay!

I have very little that I did not like but with the weather being quite cool and rainy, I had hoped I could increase the temperature of my room but after making adjustments, the temperature never went above 19C. I also found the bathroom sink too small and impractical with little convenient space to place toiletries.

Self check in was a breeze. The micro suite was very clean and perfectly stocked for two. We were in transit for the long weekend and were very pleased that the fridge and freezer had plenty of space for the food and ice packs from our coolers which meant we didn’t have to worry about food spoilage as we continued on our journey the next day. We were able to keep our vehicle in the parking lot for an hour or so after check while we did some exploring. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

We could hear the man in the next room talking for some time while on a telephone/conference call. He didn’t appear to be shouting and we weren’t able to hear what he was saying we were well aware of his presence next door. Possibly because there were adjoining doors rather than a solid wall.

The hotel was new and final fit out construction on a number of units was still going on when we arrived. Hopefully the finishing touches will have now been completed. The spas were not available and we were offered access to the other Basecamp spa but it was several kilometres away The location is perfect and central to everything and the hotel and facilities are fresh and new. By the time people read this and book the finishing touches should have been sorted . As an experienced traveller unexpected surprises are normally not well received and the website advertising at the time we booked was clearly at odds with what we saw and experienced on the first day of arrival. By the second day that construction activity had subsided and we enjoyed the balance of the stay.

There was breakfast? I didn't see anything about that. Room had zero information about the accomodation and what was available. The kitchen and dining area was excellent and well equipped. Things are very new, almost too new, had to clean the chemical smell off things like the coffee maker. The power cord was still zip tied up. The best features is the roominess of the accomodation and the private bedrooms.

Advertised hot tub didn't seem to be accessible. Chair was completely broken and dangerous the sinks are tiny. Google maps doesn't take you to the entrance of the property. The stairwell door stays open and it isn't clear how to ensure it locks behind you. Stairwell was very dirty with construction mess. Parking spots are a bit short for my van. Only one parking spot for a 6 person reservation is a bit tight, lucky it wasn't busy.

A very clean, modern suite right in the middle of Revelstoke. We had all of the amenities we needed and check-in/check-out was easy peasy. There were plenty of restaurant options within walking distance and all of the locals were very friendly. At one point we thought our shower was clogged (it wasn’t) but maintenance was at our door within 20 minutes and communication with front desk was quick and efficient.

The only thing we weren’t excited about was the view from our room. It looked directly into an office building and that was a bit of a let down.

New suites in the middle of Revelstoke downtown. Plenty free parking. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. Very very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. Can only recommend!

Our suite was on the first floor and behind the main door you have other steps to reach the apartment. For people with restricted mobility this could be a problem. For us it was OK. But sure - there are plenty suites on the ground-floor. On the other hand - the second floor gives you more tranquility.

The place was very clean and spacious. Nice views from inside. All required utensils in place. A nice space to spend the evenings with your family or co-travelers. Some nice cafes and bars nearby. Ample Parking.

Not much, just that the sinks in some washrooms are too small so howsoever you use them, you'll end up throwing water on the floor. That's coz they have too many washrooms, the main one was OK. The place was very new, so some doors are a bit hard, and don't close properly.

Wow! We were not expecting such great accommodation. We paid a little extra and had a 3 bedroom suite and so glad we did. The upstairs kitchen/dining/lounge area was huge and the sofa turned into the most comfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on. Kitchen was spot on, with really good quality appliances and kitchen ware (I want those Sabatier knives). Staff were friendly and polite. This was the find of our holiday.

It was lots of space over two floors with two separate bedrooms upstairs and a pull out couch in the main living area. It had a full washer/dryer and kitchen and decent table for six. It is accessed via code for the door, so no keys to lose! Right downtown Revy, so close to all the restaurants and pubs.

The main floor needed a good sweep and mop as it looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. Everything else was clean enough.
