The room is a good size and the beds are very comfy. The lighting is good and there are plenty of power outlets. The bathroom is very nice with good water pressure and great fluffy towels. The parking is excellent and the check-in was easy. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel though we haven’t tried them. The hotel is located right in the centre of town. There is a gym and hot tub but we haven’t used them. The included breakfast has hot food and is in a sunny, large room. Overall our stay has been pleasant.
The room is individually air conditioned with a very noisy unit. Fortunately we can turn it off and open the window a little. The walls must be thin because we can hear the conversation in the next room. Again fortunately we are near the end of the row so only have one room adjoining us. There is no kettle or mini fridge in the room but I got a kettle from reception and there is an ice machine. The breakfast is fine but no matter what time you go, (we are here 3 mornings) the food seems to be close to running out. There were no pastries the first day, and virtually no fruit the second. It just doesn’t seem very welcoming.

Location is wonderful. Can walk to movie theatre, restaurants, patios for dinner etc Live free outdoor music on street next door every night in summer is awesome and everyone gathers around. I strolled over and then went to a movie at the movie theatre! Only issue was noise from sidewalk around 1230 am but the hotel apologized and gave me a discount. Breakfast is lovely with whole-wheat croissant, real sausages, eggs, hash browns, fresh fruit, yogurt and good coffee and more. Nice staff I checked out pub it was popular with a young crowd. Was able to park easily at back of hotel. Liquor store right behind too. Thank you Regent!

The morning staff saved the day. She had experience and really helped with making my stay she answered all my questions with confidence and made me feel like a valued guest.
The evening gentlemen lacked confidence in answering my questions. The evening when I checked in the staff on duty seemed could not give me a late check. I was not aware that I had to take your bags off the trolly and walk up 2 stairs to my room. I recently had surgery and this was a bit difficult after a long drive in. It is older hotel and the check in area is a bit tight for space.

Clean, quiet and quaint hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Pub is cozy and food is consistent. Close to grocery store and restaurants.
Rooms are small but for one night it’s not a big deal. I do not like the pillows, too fluffy and I always get a sore neck and headache. I remember the pub food and service being better in past years. Pub can be loud at times when sports are on the television. Parking can be limited and parking lot is small. Overall the things I like about the hotel exceed the things I don’t , we will continue to stay here every year when we pass through to the Arrow Lakes.

Location, room was spacious, breakfast was like ordering at a restaurant, not the school cafeteria breakfast you get with the big chain hotels like Holiday Inn, etc. The front staff was friendly, extremely helpful and we could not have asked for a better staff experience.
Heat wave during our visit - the air conditioner could not keep up. It was HOT in our room - hard to sleep it was so hot. We took cold showers, wet washcloths on our necks, it was just hot. I do not know if that could be remedied but everything else exceeded expectations.

Room was clean and comfortable. Free car parking as rear of the hotel. We didn’t eat at the hotel for dinner. We did have a really delicious included breakfast there the next morning with fabulous options including fresh fruit, yoghurt, house made baked goods. One of the best breakfasts of our trip. We went for a walk around the town and found the Craft Beirhaus for dinner. Some of the best food we’ve had in Canada. Simple, fresh and tasty obviously prepared by someone passionate about food.

The hotel was fabulous! Right in the middle of town, close to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and equipped with Skoah products (fancy and BC local!) and the beds were really comfy. The included breakfast was so tasty - scrambled eggs, potatoes/veg, toast, fruit, yogurt and baked goods. Every staff member we spoke with from the front desk to the housekeepers, everyone was so friendly. The pub downstairs also has such a fun and casual vibe!
Just a recommendation of adding an espresso machine for breakfast!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Well located in the heart of the town (high walkability score) with clean rooms and excellent amenities: gym, hot tub, sauna, and locally sourced bath wash and soap. Window a/c a bit dated but it did the job during our stay in the middle of a heat wave. Good value and we plan to stay here again next time we're in Revelstoke.
Better allergen info for the breakfast would be nice.

Comfortable large bed in a nice and decorated room with 3 windows you could open. Bathroom okay, however little bit cold, heating needs to come from the bedroom. Nice restaurant and (loud) pub. Outside large hot-tub 👍 Middle of town 👍
Actually all was good, would stay there again. Maybe price-levels of room as well restaurant were a little bit high for what’s offered. Dog-friendly for C$25 incl goodies bag 🐕

It’s a good traditional hotel in the centre of town. we found it quiet and were pleased with the on-site parking. Our room was large, well-furnished and very clean. Breakfast was particularly good - I enjoyed my sausage and scrambled eggs. They also have, what looks to be, a good restaurant - better to book in advance. Their pub is a loud place offering standard North American food. Only negative is no kettle or fridge in the rooms. They are aware of this so they will store anything you want in their breakfast room fridge and make available complimentary tea and coffee in the pub.
