This was the best hotel we’ve stayed in in years…our family had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet, the beds were comfortable, the AC was very effective and quiet, the blackout drapes kept out all light. having the fridge and microwave in the room was very convenient, and the hotel breakfast was fantastic (they even had gluten free cereal and bread). The staff was so nice (the woman who cleaned the rooms knew us and our kids by name and always had a smile and a kind word for us). We were able to check in at 3pm, and they gave us a late checkout of 12:30 so that we could have one final swim in the awesome pool…we loved the water slide and hottub too! Lots of parking. We were worried at first that the train ran right behind the hotel but it’s so well built that we weren’t bothered by the train at all .

The Pool, Water Slide and Hot Tub was Excellent. The Room had an excellent view of the numerous Glaciers near Revelstoke BC. The Breakfast was a 8 out of 10. Access to the Highway was Excellent and Location of the Building in Revelstoke was Excellent. As a Retired TourTour Bus Operator for 18 years, the Best Lasting Impression leaving a Hotel is: (How did I Sleep-Great Bed & View), (How was Breakfast-Execellent), (Do I feel refreshed in the Morning-Yes), (Relaxed-Great Pool & Hot Tub)

The Breakfast needed to have a Cappuccino/Latte Machine. A better choice of Cream Cheeses. The Whipping Cream for the Waffles needed to be Cold. There was only White Bread available, needed better choices. A little Improvement to the Breakfast would enhance the visit to this location.

The pool and slide was great, as well as the opening times! 6am to 10pm! The children had a blast. Breakfast was very good and so was the seating. Room was very big, everything you needed was there and felt new.

The hotel structure feels temporary. Not a solid build, more like modular components placed together. This makes the hotel loud when walking in the halls and the rooms were definitely not sound proof. One small elevator was working over time for so many guests. Cleaning & kitchen staff were delightfully friendly. Front desk staff were soulless robots spewing out overly practiced lines.

Good continental breakfast - appreciated the couple of gluten free options and dairy alternative. Clean and comfy room with modern decor and a good view. The waterslide is fun! Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Our ice bucket was really dirty, and there was a spot on the inside of the shower rod that had mildew(?) built up. It was a spot you wouldn't see unless you stood in the shower so it'd be pretty easy to overlook while housekeeping. Everything else was very clean, though! Also wish the hot tub was hotter.

Size of the room and cleanliness. We booked the 1 king and 2 queens and there are still plenty of space. And everything is very clean.

Was hoping for a kitchen with that price of the room. There is so much space in the king size bedroom that can be spared for a kitchen, and it didn’t even have a kettle. A little bit inconvenient to get hot water all the way down to the breakfast area using one shared elevator.

We were there during a massive forest fire evacuation from Kelowna and Salmon Arm. We were on bicycles so it was lovely to be somewhere clean and bright and good air quality..lol The staff were kind and helpful and we loved the breakfast bar

The power went out in the morning, but I am pretty sure the Ramada was not responsible for that. I t was an excellent visit, wish we could have stayed longer.

This was a great hotel, they very kindly upgraded us, not sure 2 people needed 3 beds for a one night stay, but the gesture was very nice. The hotel had a nice pool with a waterslide which was good fun, so that's always a bonus. The breakfast was also very good, the only place we found with a make your own waffle iron.

The location of the hotel was ideal for getting straight back on the highway. The only thing was to get into town you had to drive as the walk would have taken half an hour or so as there was no way to cross the railway track.

The beds were the best out of all 6 hotels we stayed in. The pillows were amazing!!! The pool with the slide was a huge hit. The room was a really good size. The TV was a nice size! The outdoor Lounge chairs and breakfast tables are really nice. The window coverings are really nice. The fridge in the room was big and the coffee and tea was a nice touch! Breakfast was nice with good options. The waffle maker is a hit.

The room is so big yet lacking furniture. Not a night stand on each side of the bed and one corner of the rooms is so big and empty and easily could accommodate a nice armchair. There is only one elevator and it's so slow and of course in high demand. Expect to wait! The price we got was ok through booking.com at 250, but walk in price was 350! This is way too high. Families can't afford this anymore. Hotels need to make travel more affordable. The TV should have a Chromecast, ESP considering the price of the room.

We are SO grateful for Sally at front desk! She treated us kindly and generously and really made our day! We'll be back tomorrow (Tues) night and are wondering if we'll receive the same amazing welcome! Also, the beds were SO comfortable, the pool was fantastic, and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast ever! Best choice for families, we'll be back :)

Nice rooms friendly staff and the location wasn’t too bad

While Tim Hortons, Denny’s etc were close by the hotel info gives the impression they are more or less next door. They are not too far but Dennys is across a busy junction and Tim Hortons requires a walk via an unpaved area right on the main road.
