The girl working the desk in the morning was very kind, we had missed breakfast but she put together a little bag or apples, bananas, yogurts, muffins, plates, etc. which she absolutely didn’t have to do, it was very much appreciated!

One of the sheets was stained, which was very off-putting and the room was a bit dingy, but not horrible. The shower head needs a good soak in some vinegar and baking soda or just needs to be replaced altogether. While I was showering the water was mostly pouring right out instead of the usual spraying which caused the water to hit the tap and splash everywhere, especially outside of the shower and passed the curtain onto the floor and wall.

It was very good location, right off from HWY 1. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and specially, Automatic waffle toaster was very nice and there were nice apple and orange juicer,eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal etc.. I had really good breakfast. If you are planning to visit Banff from Vancouver,BC Stay this place for night and save money instead of expencive hotels in Banff area... it took me only 1 and half hour from Banff national park.

Check-in was fast. The room in general was clean especially the washroom. Adults enjoyed the hot tub while the kids were swimming at the pool. This hotel is one of the few hotels that has laundry room for guests. For me, it is a plus factor because we are not going to pack our swim suits wet. They also provide a ice cube despenser, no charge. They have a free breakfast, it was simple but better than nothing. Coffee, apple juice, orange juice, cereals, toasts, waffles, muffins, bananas and apples were served for our breakfast.

Unfortunately, they run out of detergent when I need to wash our clothes so I have to buy at the convenient store. The only thumbs down is that the headboards were dusty, we noticed it on our bedtime.

The room was quite adequate , beds comfortable, Internet, fridge and Tv worked fine. Breakfast was good.

There wasnt even any plastic cups in the room for drinking water. Only paper coffee cups.. Perhaps was an oversight? No elevator to second floor which made hauling luggage a bit more challenging. (Wasnt aware of that when I said a room on an upper floor was fine.) The small pool was always over run with noisy screaming kids that you could hear halfway down the hallway on the first floor until it closed. NO designated "adult time" only. Even for the hot tub...

Location was in a good spot and very beautiful. Amenities were good. Price was good. Bed & pillows were comfortable.

The train tracks were very close to the hotel. There was not much that could be done about the location of the tracks. The trains were rolling through the town quite often durung the day and through the middle of the night. This made for interrupted sleep that even ear plugs couldn't prevent.

No elevator. Carpets outdated (or gave me the idea of being dirty), Beds sheets were made too short so you had to literally pull the sheets and bed cover off from the bottom of the bed in order to be able to pull the sheets to cover your full body. We wanted to watch a movie but you had to pay for it. I thought it was included in the price however you could only watch limited programs on tv.

Easy parking and great location. Comfortable beds, nice towels, and little fridge but no microwave in room. Communal microwave in breakfast area. Very clean pool area. Breakfast consisted of yogurt, bagels and bread, boiled eggs, cereal, waffles, apples and bananas.

Air conditioner in room very noisy.

The room was comfortable, very quiet (we were on the 2nd floor) and breakfast was great. We went to other hotels during the trip and didn’t sleep well because of the comfort of the bed / room too warm / noise in other rooms but in this hotel we slept very well and this is the most important aspect for me!

All great, me & kids loved pool & hot tub, breakfast was great, room was quiet and comfortable.

There were a couple of people smoking cigarettes right outside of the pool door at the back, the cigarette smoke was coming into the pool facility. Disgusting and just rude.

The view was amazing. Such a beautiful location. The room was great. We liked having the sink outside of the toilet area. Beds were great and the channel selection on the tv was awesome.

Hotel was a little run down and not having an elevator made it a little difficult to carry luggage up and down. There was a bear right near the garbage bins in the parking lot at night which scared my son.
