Loved that it was connected to Denny's Restaurant; made breakfast in the morning easy and delicious. The bed was comfortable (soft enough, not full of poky springs or hard as a board as in many hotels) and the room was clean.

We really appreciated how the room had lots of lamps rather than harsh overhead lighting, however, the bulbs in the lamps were a harsh, bright, blue light that made for a less than relaxing evening as it glared off the TV and in general. Simple change of at least a few of the lamps in the room to a softer, more yellow-toned light would have made our stay perfect as we could have fully relaxed.

the rooms were modern and clean. bed was super soft and comfortable. Enjoyed coffee in the room and the fridge. We enjoyed the rain shower head with very good water pressure. There’s a Denny’s attached so easy to get breakfast. The price was reasonable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and flexible. We would definitely stay there again!

Our room faced a beautiful pool but it was closed for maintenance - so it was sad we could only look at the pool. The fan in the bathroom was a little on the loud side but not bad.

Attentive staff, very clean and (recently?) Renovated room. Comfy bed. Awesome pillows. Quiet halls.

The 2 pools were out of commission, but I wouldn't have used them anyway - perhaps relating to a very dry summer and needing to conserve? The hotel entry is on the North end of the property. While reasonably signed, the loby would be more visible if it were facing east where one could see it when pulling in from the highway.,

We got an upgrade which gave us lots of room - there was also an area outside our room for our dog to play. Lewis (who was both welcoming and helpful) at reception also mentioned the beautiful river walk - where we took the dog before our departure

The only downside was the breakfast at Denny's - which you have no control over....... if we had the time, we may have looked further afield for something better. On the ratings above, it is difficult to choose between satisfactory, good and excellent when it comes to something like cleanliness or comfort - if we had a good sleep and found the bed comfortable, any of those 3 ratings might apply. That is why I am not a great fan of ratings!!

Good location & lots of parking. The staff were friendly upon arrival. The room itself was nice, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean with lots of towels.

The bed sheets seemed a bit dirty upon arrival. Our room was right across from the staff laundry room so it was a bit noisy at times but that’s the luck of the draw.

Was very quiet (not sure what it's like during busy season). Had interior room that was attached to pool area. Prime location off highway. Dennys attached.

Pillows were soft. Pool area was out of order - very disappointed as booked hotel specifically for that reason. There should be a way for hotel to update booking.com on pool status prior to people securing a room.

Nice big windows. We had our two cats with us and they loved them. We apologize for the black fur on your super white bed sets.

Not really about the property. I just wish you had those little Keurig coffee machines. I am super picky with my coffee so that’s the only thing I hate about staying anywhere other than home. 😊

Cigarette smoke in room. Usually goes after a while but could smell it all night.

Beds were softer than we like Breakfast was very substandard compared to other similar hotels. We were very disappointed the pool was closed but appreciated it was posted on the websites

Everyone was professional, place was modernized, clean and comfortable.

We didn't have time for the pool ourselves but pool closed for maintenance was only reason I couldn't give a perfect score. Otherwise staff and place was top notch.
