The location is one of the best in Revy in my opinion, easily accessed off the main highway yet far enough away from the railroad tracks to stay nice and quiet. The whole facility from lobby to hallways to rooms to hot tubs is really nice and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Our rooms were clean and stocked with what we expect at this price point: multiple sizes of towels, bath mat, toiletries, cups, etc. I was glad that the in-room coffee maker was a Nespresso rather than the old drip style, as the quality of coffee is much better. Sugar, CoffeeMate, Nespresso pods, stir sticks and the like were also stocked and the water jug of the machine was clean. The bathroom and bedroom are both nice and spacious and the front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly when we requested an electric kettle, bringing it up to one of our rooms even when we insisted we could come down to the lobby to pick it up. We appreciated that the bedside table lamps are updated so that you can plug your charging cord right into the lamp's USB port, rather than requiring a cube as traditional plugs do. Small conveniences like this make for an easy and effortless experience.

The lighting in the bathroom was suprisingly dim and very, very yellow so I recommend bringing a makeup mirror with lamps in it until they hopefully upgrade their bulbs or light fixtures in the bathrooms. The other guest I was travelling with noticed that there wasn't a magnifying mirror, as many hotels have installed on the wall in the bathroom. This could be an option for the hotel to consider offering as well.

Very convenient location right off the trans-Canada highway. Easy (driving) access to Mount Revelstoke, the dam visitor center, and downtown. Solid air conditioning. Nice pool and hot tub. Above average included breakfast with lots of space in the breakfast area. And great evening shuttle service (seasonal?) to downtown - which has a lot of good restaurants. That way you can feel free to have an adult beverage without worrying about the drive back. Full marks for BW Revelstoke.

The breakfast included was excellent with lots of variety. The staff in charge of providing this did an excellent job keeping things stocked. I appreciated the extra care that was evidenced in how hard this staff worked to keep the breakfast facilities clean.

It would be nice to have some type of food services available during lunch and dinner hours (perhaps vending machines with some meal options) as none of the rooms provide kitchenettes. We were not able to order take out or delivery on two separate days due to numerous restaurants in the area being closed early (or not opened at all) due to labour shortages in Revelstoke.

This was our 4th time staying here and it was fantastic as usual. Breakfast is tasty and there is lots of selection of hot and cold breakfast foods, well beyond the usual quality or selection one usually finds in a typical 'complimentary breakfast'. The hotel amenities and rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The hot tubs are soothing and the change rooms are clean. The laundry facilities were very useful to us also. Free parking, large elevators, wide hallways, very comfy beds and bedding, cozy yet modern decor in the rooms and throughout the hotel, and great service keep us coming back here. Quiet overnight; far away enough from the highway and train tracks that we weren't disturbed by noise. Great value for your money, better than any 4 or 5 star hotel I have stayed at, to be honest. Plus, free freshly locally baked cookies on our way out!

Truly, nothing worth mentioning.

The breakfast was good.

The breakfast could have been better. I would have preferred bacon and eggs as an option each day. The eggs were stacked one on top of the other so they continued to cook. There was not an "over easy " option.

The best part was the incredible staff, and the level of dog friendliness! We got ID tags, treats, food/ water bowls, poop bags; absolutely wonderful service! I will now continue to stay at Best Westerns; literally the best

The room was excellent, spacious, shower was hot with great pressure and the bed was huge and so comfortable

My only complaint would be that breakfast needs eggs, such as scrambled, made from fresh eggs not the packet omelette thing

Amazing staff and great facilities. Staff went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed. Front desk check in the fellow doing check in was fantastic, personally making sure things were as they should be.

Our carpet was stained from other pets I totally understand. But other customers probably would complain

Beds were comfortable, room was bright and spacious, TV worked well and easily, lighting was gentle yet bright enough to be useful, curtains were blackout, mountain view was beautiful, bathroom spacious and clean with natural toiletry items, pillows were soft yet supportive, comforter was cotton and soft and warm, wifi easy to connect to and worked flawlessly.

Left a comment card suggesting that pads/tampons should be a part of the otherwise great complimentary items list as they are just as essential as a toothbrush or sewing kit.
