Amazing location! We had no issues walking everywhere around the hotel. Beautiful residential neighbourhood. Numerous cafes, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores a few feet away. Beach access is a short walk. Stanley park is within easy biking distance. We didn’t need a vehicle but there is a car rental company right within the hotel. Some other reviews were mentioning fees about using the kitchen… this only applies if you don’t do your dishes and it’s a 15 dollar charge.

Price, but that’s Vancouver for you. They charged to stow our bags for the day, 5 dollars per bag…. which at the price of the hotel you would think it would be included. But again, that’s Vancouver pricing for you.

Great location, lots of restaurants and cafes within a very short walk, I didn’t really notice any noise, surprisingly well stocked tiny kitchen which was much appreciated including a PROPER KETTLE TO MAKE A CUP OF TEA!!!!! Although it was an extra $5 for our bags to be stored the next day until our flight, it was worth it.

The awkward shower/bath tap combo so common across the US was the most complicated one we’d come across in our travels, and required a visit to the front desk to ask what the trick was. The staff were good at explaining what to do. That was the only issue.

Great location! Only dissatisfied, being out of the room from 9 am and returning around 4 ish and the room was not attended to. We arrived on a Tuesday and checked out the following Monday, same issue each day. Staff were on the floor and I spoke to them, to inform them that we are out of the room. Even though there were 2 of us, until my other daughter arrived, possibly have a spare towel or two for use.

The hotel locates in downtown Vancouver. Close to most of the most popular commercial areas there. You can enjoy food from India, China, Korea, or anywhere you might not easily find in other cities around. You can meet a lot of people from all over the world. I personally enjoyed meeting Korean people there. They are representations of fashions from East Asia. And Korean females are nice and elegant. Of course others I met there the same way. The hotel itself exceeds the rate from any acpects. The space in the room, the location, the service, the kitchen and facilities inside room and the view to the streets out of the windows. And a nice guy sitting in the lobby, he can help you to get a rental car at any sizes you want. Or maybe you just want to have a chat. He'll be glad to that.

They didn't offer a relatively lower monthly rate to me, hahaha. They only do a rate on daily basis for now. The corridors from lobby to your room upstairs can be a bit not so straight forward. More signs out there migh help. But anyway, into a new city it's completely an adventure, into a hotel the same, hahaha.

It was a huge room with two double beds, a dining table, kitchenette, small balcony, suitable for a family. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They let me hold my bag there while I explored the city for the day. Close to all the shops on Robson Street. I would stay again, short walk to English Bay and shops and restaurants.

A little noisy being on the main road. A family in a room down the hall was very loud late at night and a baby was crying too. Not the hotel's fault but it has thin walls.

I LOVE the location so much:) Very convenient, close to everything i need as a traveller:) Everytime i go to Vancouver and got great deals with Riviera i always make sure to stay there:) always my first choice:) As well as the people working there are definitely nice:) Especially Mr Adam- you can really feel his dedication to help and satisfy guest with all their needs:) very helpful and respectful:) very knowledgeable with his work- 10 stars for him! a big thanks to all your help and understanding! Nothing to mention

The room is spacious enough to accommodate two to four people comfortably. It is furnished with two queen-sized beds, a dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary electronic devices, and a bathroom. While the hotel is not located close to a subway station, there are many restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Moreover, the hotel is within walking distance of the seaside, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea.

This was an efficiency apt with nice city views. Fireplace, fan, kitchen & balcony. Plenty of space. Would be great for an extended stay.

No breakfast provided with this booking. Excessive “security deposit”. AC didn’t function properly but grateful for fan we found in the closet. Lots of little notes taped everywhere indicating “additional charge” for use of item or failure to clean up afterwards! Not sure when housekeeping had last cleaned. 🧐

I genially not sure why the reviews are so poor here. Yes it is not a 5 star hotel but the room is massive and has a kitchen which is unheard of in hotels usually, Robson st is cool and busy, walking distance to anywhere in Vancouver, clos eto Stanley park , nice restaurants, downtown etc. Massive windows and balcony to give you the feel of the city, I loved it! Staff is nice and you have a laundry room downstairs and a lovely guy at the reception who can help you renting cars, very friendly. Yes, the place is a bit ran down but for these money and excellent location, its a pretty sweet deal

Breakfast is disappointing. its pretty much a bag with juice, chocolate bar or something and some other sweet stuff. No coffee or anything warm
