great staff very helpful - early and also a late check in and out. bikes to use 2 hr limit each time - was very good. restaurant was good we ate there twice for dinner.

Amazing location, staff was super friendly and helpful, really made us feel at home. Loved our rooms view, pool was warm and outside area was perfect with a turf area for kids to run around. Coffee shop right in the lobby was super convenient.

We drove our electric car and the options for charging were not great, in the hotel parking lot they had a few chargers but for $10 an hour to charge with another $8 one time charge to pay to park. Caps at $30 - these were med speed chargers so we ended up paying $38 to partially charge. Then another $28 to finish charging, then $45 to actually park the car overnight with the hotel. We loved the hotel location and everyone at valet was super kind but feels like a better solution for EV drivers could be provided by the hotel. We searched surrounding areas and found a few cheaper charging locations however they were too far to walk back to the hotel.

Brilliant location, safe&convenient with lovely views, nice walk into town or to Stanley Park, great indoor and outdoor pool, delicious breakfasts, staff unfalteringly welcoming, polite and helpful, very high standards of cleanliness, would stay again (in fact, we did!).

We booked a room with a garden/pool view thinking it might be quiet, but the noise from outside (think it was the big fan or maybe air con unit outside) was very loud and affected us getting to sleep, would not recommend those rooms if you are sensitive to those kinds of sounds.

This property is an excellent location, with a beautiful view. It’s a large clean facility with some nice amenities.

Our room. It was nice, but had odd features. It was very odd having the closet in the bathroom. The bed pillows are no good. When we were there, someone tried coming into the room to check our smoke detector. They had a key card and tried coming in , but my wife had the door lock on ! I asked the front desk about this and they said it was a contractor they hired. That was a terrible response. She did say she was sorry that happened . The room — the toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The plastic cheap seat should be changed out. Little things and attention to detail are important. The H tasting restaurant was a let down. The menu was so small. I was expecting more. The food was OK, nothing special. The prices are too high for what you’re getting. Thank You.

Great location close to Stanley Park and the waterfront, had a nice view of the harbour and the city from our room. Was generally a nice quiet hotel with a good atmosphere and comfy clean rooms. Nice choice of food for breakfast.

The first day we arrived there was a big conference on and when we went down to breakfast we were told there was at least a half an hour wait for a table, but we were initially part of a group which had organised tours departing at a certain time and so we didn't have time to wait for this. This meant trying to squeeze everyone in our group on to shared tables which meant the poor staff couldn't get around everyone properly and it was a very stressful experience. In this instance there was no where near enough tables to cater for the amount of guests. However, every day after this it was very quiet and breakfast was lovely and relaxed.

I came here for a conference. The room was very nice, the view was great, breakfast was nice. The staff were very helpful. They had a bag storage room for while I was in my conference (attached to the hotel). Very close to shopping and restaurants.

Even though parking was included, I got a parking ticket. The front desk staff got it cancelled but that took 45 or so minutes. Fortunately, I wasn't in a great rush to get to the ferry.

Location was great! Next to marina/pier. Walkable distance to English Bay and the park where they have fireworks at night. 👍🏼 The hotel brining me a microwave oven to my room when I asked for one that I could use, that service was beyond my expectation. Great amenities, very decent restaurants inside hotel, and spacious lobby and common area, and VERY friendly and courteous staff, all were impressive. It definitely was worth the price I booked for!! Definitely recommending!! 👍🏼

Room was a generous size and clean. The bed was comfortable. The Marina view was outstanding, alone with beautiful sunsets. Most of the staff we interacted with was good. Nice lobby. Did not use pool so can’t comment on that.

Bed pillows were too soft, prefer a pillow with some firmness. The shower is very impractical with only a half glass partition, allowing water to get the floor wet. The overhead shower valve makes it difficult to shower without getting hair wet. Hallways: noisy children in the hallway on our floor.

staff couldn't figure out how to get our breakfast vouchers even when we had paid for them; room was OK but nothing special, lacking the usual luxuries like bathrobes I suspect we got the worst room in the hotel as booked through booking .com ( we actually tried to book directly too) paper coffee cups in the room!!!!! - why bother providing tea/coffee making facilities at all
