This hotel is part of a hotel/condominium complex. The room we stayed in was a 1 bedroom suite with a king bed,living room/dining room, washroom and kitchen. There was also a small balcony. The suite was quite spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. Canada Place, Stanley Park and downtown were all within walking distance. A cab ride to downtown or Canada Place was about $7-8 dollars if transportation was required. Robson Street was one block away, with many shops and restaurants available. Directly across the street from the hotel is a fair sized food market with a bakery for groceries and eat-in/take-out available at very reasonable prices. Definitely check out Breka Bakery which is about a block away off of Robson Street. We enjoyed our stay and would book there again when in Vancouver.

The apartment was great - spacious, comfortable, quiet and very well appointed. Having 2 bathrooms is a great advantage, and a fully appointed kitchen is so handy. Very handy to shops and services.

These serviced apartments are AMAZING. You really dont need a hotel in Vancouver (in my opinion - particuarly as we were in the appt for about a week) as its super nice to be able to feel like you live there. And in these condos, thats exactly how you feel. It was HUGE! the views were EPIC! the location was AWESOME! I loved being able to pop to Granville Island market or across the road to pick up some goodies to make a breakfast. Or if wed been out all day, make a supper and chill and watch TV. It was actually so cosy that it was sometimes hard to motivate ourselves to leave. The gym is also ace and I was solo each time I used it.

Witnessed some concerning activity as our view from the living area was the back of the Hotel, also the view from the kitchen & bedroom was of an employee filled office tower

Perfectly located in the heart of Vancouver, this hotel was idea for our stay. It was an ample sized room, with a separate bedroom with a king bed, a small lounge room with a sofa and a good kitchen with views across the city facing south, with a small outdoor area. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were ok. The bathroom was small with a shower over a bath, but the towels were lovely with the hotel's insignia embroided on them which was a nice touch. There was a decent sized TV with lots of channels and the wi-fi was acceptable. I also chose this place as they had a guest laundry which was easy to use. The hotel was in walking distance of everything we needed and the staff were very friendly

The city noise was a bit loud and interfered with our sleep, but I guess you have to accept that when sleeping in the heart of a city. The curtains in the bedroom were ok but need clips to keep them closed.

Location and Views were exceptional! Actually changed our 2 night reservation at the airport Fairmont to one night (prior to our 6 AM flight) because we enjoyed Carmana's location so much! Would definitely stay there again.

Had (two) one bedroom suite prior to cruise and a two bedroom/two bath after. My complaints: actual bedrooms very small, esp 2nd BR, where closet could not be used unless the bed was moved, bathroom lighting terrible and no shaving/ magnify mirror. No USB port in bedroom. 2nd bathroom was just a shower, which was great, except that there were no grab bars and the towel hook was in an awkward place.

We arrived early and they were able to give us access to the room early, which was great as I wasn't too well. Really appreciated their kindness. Staff were very friendly. We loved the comfortable beds, strong hot shower and the suite, plenty of room for us. There were enough kitchen items if you wished to cook at the flat and a great grocery store opposite. Very safe area of town and great restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

I am sensitive to perfume/scents and the bedding took a couple of days for the smell to reduce but this is my problem.

Great location, quick check in and check out. Desk and cleaning staff friendly and helpful. We arrived and we were able to get in our room. Suite was clean and comfortable. TVs in each bedroom and main living room. Great location- close to a liquor store, Starbucks and small grocery store across the street. We picked up some breakfast items in the morning and it was nice to sit on the balcony or at the table and enjoy the view. Well stocked kitchen- full size fridge and stove if needed. Coffee supplied daily

It was expensive- but it was all over Vancouver.

Location was exceptional. The size of the suite was excellent check-in and check -out was easy. The staff were genuinely friendly and happy to help. The suite was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property was clean and quiet. Covid19 protocols in place. Security measures taken in the property with guests keycards to move around the property and security guards overnight. We extended our stay from 3 nights to 5 nights with ease. Whether a short trip or an extended stay the Carmana Plaza is an excellent choice. Fantastic!

The parking stalls for guests is deep underground. You feel as though you are driving around with no end. The suite we had a pull out bed which was nice only to find out that in order to use it there is a $20 charge to unlock the bed. Assuming I am there with family or my child or a co-worker not only am I paying for the suite that is made for 2 adults maximum the property charges $20 / night to use the pull out bed. Please note I was there with my partber but if I was staying with my son for example or a sibling and I book a suite and have to pay for them to sleep on the couch bed. I think that is ridiculous. They do have suites with 2x beds but the suites are not built that way. Either way other than that I still had an enjoyable stay.

Ac didn’t work properly so it was hot and noisy . Dated appliances and decor. Very limited crockery and utensils in the kitchen . No washing machine in the suite, although a communal one is available on a different floor. Stayed at The Level in Yaletown earlier in the month and although that location wasn’t as good , the apartment was much nicer and better equipped, the gym was much better, it had a swimming pool and a washing machine in each apartment
