Close to Stanley park and the harbor. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the harbor. There was a sliding door to a small balcony. Would be nice the have a small chair and table to sit at. Restaurant only served breakfast but was great.

Had parking ramp attached to the hotel but had to pay $21 a night.

The location was perfect, walking distance to exceptional restaurants (and a very wide choice of them). Stanley Park was a 10 Minute Bus ride that stopped in front of the Hotel. Granville Island, easy to get to but a little longer ride (20-25 minutes). Vancouver has an excellent urban transportation system that stopped in front of the hotel or across the street, depending on direction, major urban train line 10 minute walk, downtown Gastown district (historic) was easy to get to also. Hotel was Perfect!

Nothing, Condition of the hotel, services and staff were all excellent. We have never stayed there but this visit moved it to the top of our list for Vancouver.

So where do I even start! If you’re second guessing to book here take my advice AND BOOK! The lady at check in was so kind and accommodating to my request of early check in (as my flight landed a bit early). The room that I had been upgraded too was so clean, spacious, and the view was STUNNING! Beds were comfortable. Pool, hot tub and sauna were nice, clean and relaxing. Location— close to EVERYTHING! You could literally walk to anywhere! From the lobby straight to check out our entire stay was perfect!

Room size and room view were absolutely exceptional and spectacular -- we were on the 30th floor (the highest) and had a city view. Very updated, clean, comfortable. Loved the water filling station at entrance. Short Uber ride to everywhere, very central (but still not walkable if you plan to visit a few spots all in one day and/or have kids). Tim Hortons and large liquor store a block or so away. Free Capilano shuttle stop right in front.

Wifi was terrible and non-functional, unfortunately, which is vital. Bathroom small -- but this is not vital. Nearest subway stop is at least 4 blocks away - wish it was closer b/c with luggage and kids it's still a challenge. But wasn't an issue as Uber and taxis are readily and very quickly available. Adobe restaurant open only for breakfast unfortunately, and not too many good restaurants in walkable distance.

Location was great being on Robson in the middle of shops and restaurants. It also provided easy access to transit and it was a short walk to the waterfront/Canada Center. We were also very pleasantly surprised that our room was ready when we arrived in the morning - we just planned on dropping of luggage for them to hold and when they looked up our reservation we were told our room was ready.

The only issue we had was trying to get the room cool at night. There was an AC unit, but we couldn’t get the room temperature below 25C - we’re much more comfortable sleeping when it’s 20C~22C. We also noticed street noise when the door to the balcony was open, but that’s the trade off for being in a central location.

That's the life! schmanzy!!! Decor is outstanding, two full walls of windows, a balcony, and the Nespresso machine is really nice.

No microwave in the room, the technology in the elevators is very advanced! You must read directions VERY carefully to figure it out.

The security. Entrance to the building after 11PM is by keycard and, as well, to utilize the elevators, enter bedroom (naturally) and access other facilities. Room was cleaned everyday of the stay: bed made, towels replaced, bins emptied, and bathroom washed. The location is a 15 minute walk to CF Pacific Centre if you need the sky train or want to shop (although Robson Street is littered with stores, take your pick) and Ladurée is on the way which is 1 of the 4 locations in Canada. I could go on …

The wifi went down for a few hours one day, however, we were compensated. The bedroom did not have a mini fridge.

we were in room 2702 and it was so loud - despite being on the 27th floor, amazing views and great room but you can hear the roads really loudly and there we so many racers revving their cars and a random banging and you can also hear people arriving on the floor when getting out the lift, very loud and stressful as we had just landed and had to get up early the next day. the noise did die down eventually after midnight/1am. nothing the hotel can do really but we didn’t expect to be able to hear it all as well as we did.

Location was perfect. It was about a 10 minute walk to catch the train to the airport. Transportation around Vancouver by bus and train were exceptional. There is no need for a car unless you're heading outside of the city. Many great restaurants around the hotel. If you love ramen, you need to try 'Horin.' Also many coffee shops are around the area with delicious breakfast sandwiches. Stanley Park is about a 10-15 minute walk as well as Grandville Market. We also had a beautiful view of the city from our hotel room. Room was spacious with lots of windows. Room also had blackout curtains for those that need them to sleep. Beds were comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Just outside of our hotel, there is a free shuttle bus that stops to take you to the Capilano Suspension Bridge.

I wish that the hotel would've supplied bathrobes in the rooms to wear to the pool area. The towels at the pool were also pretty thin.

It was the perfect location for our stay. Within walking distance to most places we wanted to go. 2 queen size beds so room was large. Very clean hotel.

We had a hard time figuring out tv channels. Finally asked front desk and they told us to click channel 2. This channel had an actual list of channels with shows. This info should have been provided at check in. The clock is impossible to reset the time. Our clock came unplugged and we couldn’t reset the correct time. Don’t know the relationship between diner and hotel although they are connected. Close before lunch most days yet they serve beer and alcoholic drinks?
