New hotel, clean and mostly quiet. Huge shout out to Ravi, the front desk person, who was very nice, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was ok.

There was a big group of kids aged 7-13 (a sports team I believe) staying at the hotel and they were quite rowdy running around, screaming. Also, a bunch of kids was going crazy at the pool with no adults around making it practically unusable. I was staying with my 3 year old and we felt uncomfortable and unsafe at times. Even though I understand that it's not exactly hotel's fault, however, I thought the hotel management could have handled it better.

Nice big room for a family, we had enough beds and loved how the sink area could lock separately from the toilet/shower.

Our TV/remote stopped working on our second to last day, we had to get the front desk up to turn it off after midnight but nothing was offered to fix the problem so we were without tv for the last 36 hours. I tried to replace the remote batteries myself but was unable to get the cover off. Also, the pool membrane/surface below the tile is *very* rough- it caused two of our family members injuries that are still healing 10 days later

This was the perfect spot for my stay as I was working close by. I love the location. The room was very comfortable and clean and it was easy to keep the temperature right especially for sleeping. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day of work. I also enjoyed the morning breakfast and took advantage of room service from the Gulfsteam restaurant which was really excellent and quick service! Definitely will be coming back!

The bed was a little bit soft for my liking but I did have a relatively decent sleep each night.

Staff were friendly and accomodating. Coffee in lobby was fabulous and breakfast was good. Rooms were decorated nicely and comfortable. And hotel was quiet and you could not hear noise above or below, or beside you.

Pool was quite chilly and hot tub was not working. When the housekeeper made up our room we came back after a day out and found our door propped open. Thankfully nothing was stolen from our room. I called the desk immediately and they apologized and stated they would advise staff to be more careful.

Wonderful experience with check-in. Anmol was a delight. He offered cupcakes and hot chocolate! He assisted me with luggage to my room. He was very kind, engaging, and made the stay very comfortable. They offered a lovely complimentary breakfast in the morning. The shuttle driver was remarkably accommodating as well and followed me to the airport which is conveniently located across the street and waited while I dropped off my car and brought me back to hotel. Amazing service! Again, all complimentary. The staff went out of their way to take care of all my needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, 24 hr. Shuttle, great breakfast, spotless room, comfy beds. Our room had a bath, bonus. 12 noon checkout. Arrived at midnight after a long International flight day. Warm greeting by staff, hadn't had a chance to eat supper so hotel gave us a sandwich pack to tied us over very nice. Bonus was a room with bath, much appreciated by my girlfriend after such a long day. Super comfy beds great breakfast and really appreciate the 12 noon checkout, no need to rush. Great stay, have stayed here before and consistently good.

No complaints.

The rooms are quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast is exceptionally good with a wide variety of choices, including gluten free options. They even prepared a special egg omelet for a family member who is lactose free. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Shout out to Alice from dining area staff for her enthusiasm and service with a smile. The complimentary shuttle service to airport was so convenient for a family member who needed an early drop off. The breakfast to go boxes were much appreciated.

The sliding barn door to the bathroom doesn't close well or opens on its own.

The location was great, very close to the airport. Breakfast was good.

The beds were comfortable but were made with fitted sheets that were to small for the size of the mattress and kept getting off during the night. That was really unpleasant. The door to the bathroom was dangerous. It was one door used as bathroom door and closet door. Kind of strange. It was dangerous because when you pulled the door to close the bathroom, it would come really fast and could easily hurt your hands.

Breakfast was better than most free ones. They changed up the menu every day, so it wasn't just scrambled eggs and bagels. Lots of options, including hot stuff and fresh fruit, etc. Room was spacious and clean, beds were good. Fitness centre has most of what you need for a workout.

No shampoo in dispenser, no daily makeup of room unless you request it, cheap danby fridge made noise at night. No mats in fitness centre to stretch or do yoga.

Location was great, super convenient with the shuttle service for our early morning flight. Pet friendly so our cat and dog were welcome and they even provide dog “scoop” baggies for when we took our dog outside. Very friendly staff. Super clean and modern room with a nice big shower. Very clean hotel and room and bathroom.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about that his hotel. It was great. Will stay here again if we have early morning flights. Highly recommend especially if you have pets, they were very accommodating.
