My children have had a very hard, traumatic few months. We relocated here with literally nothing. This holiday at your hotel was so exciting for them, they stayed up very late due to excitement. In the morning they were exhausted and I was extremely disappointed that the front desk agent wasn’t willing to listen to me, dismissed my reasons for requesting a late checkout,.. we were permitted to stay until 12. My children were heartbroken about not being able to have a quick swim before checking out. I understand the policy but the lady was not willing to listen to me and although I understand the room needed to be cleaned my children could’ve had a quick swim for one hour. Actually now that I’m thinking about it I’m getting really upset because it’s not anyone’s business but just FYI we are technically homeless right now as we had to leave a very abusive relationship in Saskatoon. I am a teacher and I left my job. We left all of our furniture. We are sleeping on the couch and floor and we Are for the moment getting our groceries from the food bank. So I think Anyone willing to listen might’ve allow my children to have a quick swim before we left.

The room was just right for what we needed.

The cleaning staff seemed a bit grumpy. It was awkward when taking the stairs down to find we had to walk through the pool area to get to lobby. Accessing the Inn from the hiway was tricky if coming from the north.

The pool area was nice. Breakfast was great, rooms were clean.

Upon checking in and everytime I asked the receptionist a question she was quite sour. The next day the lady at the desk was fabulous though.

I appreciated the staff and my overall experience. I will likely stay there again.

I understand it's difficult for businesses to deal with government mandates. I believe this COVID fear is far overblown and the private sector needs to push back harder against the tyrannical governments response to this. I didn't experience any problems but I think trying to communicate with someone wearing a mask is difficult to do.

Great pool with waterslide. Hours of fun. Good location near many restaurants. Nice room for a one night stay which is exactly what we were looking for.

Clean large room, pool was clean and hot tub was great after a long drive! Breakfast was buffet and included in stay! Coffee tasted like coffee seems small but sometimes it's to weak or strong this was great!

Breakfast was good and well maintained. The pool was great my grandkids enjoyed the water slide immensely!

The first time I stayed a hotel that I didn’t like the pillows but that is just a personal preference thing.

Check in was fast, organized, and professional. The room was clean and as expected.

The noise from the pool continued to a very late hour (past 11 pm). The fruit at breakfast was partially rotten.
