Love the cleanliness of the rooms, and the quietness. Always love the slushies in the lobbies as well. Can never tell it’s a pet friendly place unless you see the animals.

In one of two of our rooms, The shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall, causing water to get everywhere and the tv was difficult to use. Eventually got moved to a new room that worked perfectly.

Staff was excellent, cheerful, and helpful! Room was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was lovely!

The pool...very cold...ladder is very unsafe and unusable for a person with mobility issues. No warnings...time with granddaughter was ruined with Grandma unable to get out. Didn't care for pillows, not big enough or comfortable

Didn’t have breakfast - wasn’t aware there was a breakfast available.Location was excellent due to being very close to the hockey for all centre.

The room was expensive. I suspect these were not the normal prices but inflated due to the high demand for rooms this weekend to accommodate a hockey tournament.

The bed was comfortable. The layout of the room was cozy. Loved that there wasn't a carpeted floor...cleaner and better for allergies. Disability bathroom was very accommodating.

Dogs barking was very annoying. People talking on their phones in the hallways also very annoying.

Very friendly, courteous staff from the front desk to room service. The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of the city which made the overall experience more peaceful. Really liked the Keurig coffee maker. Beds very comfy. Loved the walk-in shower stall.

Overall appearance?, the hotel is due for updates. Sitting up in bed having a coffee or watching TV, the mattress will slide down on its frame. A simple solution would to be to secure a barrier on the end of the frame. The kitchenette had a MW installed right over the sink resting on a shelf of which the depth made working in the sink very awkward. Our work related stay required us to sleep during the day, highly recommend eye masks; the window coverings allow a lot of daylight.

Clean and comfortable room, laundry facilities, pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. Quick and easy check in and check out.

The door to the in room bathroom was a bit awkward and often in the way if left open.

Streaming remote was missing and replacement from front desk didn't work

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Coffee and tea selections in the lobby 24 hours a day. Breakfast was limited but good. It is next to Portage Avenue but there was very little traffic noise.

The refrigerator in the room constantly clicked on and off and made a snapping sound each time it did so. It was annoying.
