the staff were very accommodating and friendly..the facilities were good ..the proximity to all amenities for our visit was spot on...

we had an issue with a waitress in the restaurant..the breakfast and food was all reasonably rpir especially and the chef did a great job but the waitress served me my eggs bacon and hash with cold toast .I asked for more warm and my breakfast was gone by 10 15 mins before she even came back with another plate of cold toast ..like the butter hadn't even melted cold...and then when we wanted to pay at the cash...she walked by us 3x like we were invisible

Although the hotel is older and the bathroom tiles were very dated, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the linens were soft and fluffy. The room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. We were happy to see a table and two chairs in the room. Many rooms we have stayed in are supposed to accommodate up to 4 people but usually only have one chair.

The room did not have a fridge or microwave in our room. No breakfast was offered, no water or snacks at check-in.

The staff was very pleasant, the area was nice and clean, the room was clean, and the restaurant was awesome. I definitely would recommend this hotel. They have a beautiful atmosphere.

I was there for peace and quiet and all I heard throughout the evening and during the day was a dog barking and late at night, there were people in the yard playing around. When mentioned they gave me another room away from everyone. They were very accommodating.

I was checked in without any stress when I arrived this Facility before their normal checking in time. My stay moved from 4 days to 21days as I was looking for an appropriate accommodation to move in to. They gave me very reasonable discounts considering I was an International Student. Two of the front Desk staff stood out for me - Sean and Teni (I hope I got the name correctly). They were always willing to answer the extra questions I had, always tried to go the extra mile for me. Thank you so much Fredericton Inn for having me.

I was told that they don't clean long-stay rooms daily so I had days my room was not cleaned. In addition, a number of times I requested for water to drink, they sent water in a water jug with the top uncovered. I wonder how many germs flew into it as they moved from their location to my room.

It's an older hotel, but the room was super spacious, clean and quiet. We could park just below our window, come in through a back door and take the elevator right up to our room- so super convenient. The front desk staff was really personable and I have no complaints about the hotel. It's near all the shops and restaurants we needed and for the price, it was a great value. I'd definitely stay here again

The Deluxe Queen room was a good size and the rooms were clean.

We wanted a place to stay with a pool but did not use the one on the premises. It is dark and overly humid. The water did not look like something I would want to swim in. You can tell that they have tried to update the rooms but they look like half an update and the hotel over all could use some updates.

The restaurant food was excellent, rooms were clean, bed was a little to soft for me but u can’t change the bed!!

Upon check in our friends card was rejected 3 times, but when she got the bank on the phone everything was good at their end. It worked upon check out, she thinks he didn’t punch the numbers in correctly and that freaked her out all night long.

Did not have Bteakfast. Was ot sure if Breakfast was served,??

Having occupants next.door to our room to be more considerate would have been nice. Two nights with little sleep was not pleasant. Otherwise enjoyed our.stat. Taking a trip to Halifax for 2 days next month, could you recommend a place for me to contact T

Convenience of the location to our activities. Staff at the front desk were good. We had an issue with our room (as noted) and they quickly solved it by moving us to a more updated and acceptable one.

Restaurant was not open for dinner on the evening we stayed. The first room we were given was not acceptable. Older carpets a bit of a lingering odor and the tub in the bathroom was discolored and dirty looking.

Always friendly staff, comfortable beds, close to shopping and dining

A little issue with getting into room as we had a drive up room but inside lock was over door so couldn't access room with our key from outside and then when trying keycard to get into hotel so we could go in room and remove door lock to the outside the door wasn't working either
