Lincoln Inn Fredericton

This is a nice little motel at the edge of the suburbs, away from busy roads. The things I find most important were all met, I felt safe, the room was clean, and it was quiet. Being able to park directly in front of my room made it very easy to bring my things in.

There were only two outlets for the room and they were both fully in use. The first outlet for the AC unit struggling in the window (was a hot day) and an extension cord that ran under the bed for the lights. The second outlet powered the fridge, microwave, and TV. There were no convenient places to plug in a hair dryer or phone charger. Ended up unplugging the lights to charge our phones overnight.

Rolled into Fredericton late looking for a reasonable priced place to crash! Clean, friendly affordable!

Got the renovated king room/ suite. Very nice. Everything you needed for a long stay👍

We had a short two night stay. Room was spacious. Never tried the breakfast on the property but the concierge pointed out the location to us. The bed was comfortable, a bit soft but nothing to complain about.

As an inn, its not super secure and the room doors face directly towards the parking lot and road. I would have liked if there was an extra latch/chain on the door for personal security. Other than that, everything was pretty good

Room was clean. And they did come and provide extra towels.

Outside was run down and wasn't comfortable with some other guests that was around . Wasnt aware that they rented out monthly and people just lived there as a home. Didnt have any issues with anyone, just a little uneasy . Wasnt able to get a receipt when checking out. Guy at desk wasn't familiar with doing it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and the aircon worked well (it was a very hot day). The beds were comfortable and there were mattress protectors on both and the pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was nicely appointed and there were basic amenities included.

My room didn’t look like the picture at all that I booked and could use a little work patching a couple holes and the carpet was torn so could be replaced but overall it was a great place to stay!

Check in was easy/fast and efficient. Counter staff/owner was super friendly. Room was clean and good size and so were the beds. We had exactly what we asked for (fridge, microwave even ice). Double beds were comfy but a bit springy but overall a good sleep was had. Would stay here again. You can sit outside your room and have a drink/conversation with your vehicle parked right in front of your room. Very easy to get all your stuff in and out. Like it a lot! Great value for your money!!!

Nothing negative to report really. If you're looking for night life, you have to drive about 5-6 minutes into town but it's super close and the locals are very friendly in Fredericton.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. This is one of the cleanest places I've stayed at in my trip across eastern Canada. So far, it's been 10 places and this is in the top 2 (just in this month alone). Exceeded my expectations. It felt comfortable knowing that covid cleaning and general cleaning in the rooms are done exceptionally well (and I used to be a cleaner so it takes a lot to impress). It also had a laundry (which went a little ignored lol) room which was a big plus, as well as a mini fridge, and microwave. They offered a cold breakfast with bagels, muffins, coffee and juice which is more than several places do and for such a low price, just a really great place to stay.

The laundry room needs some love. The trash hadn't been taken out and some of the machines look ancient, the doors don't close properly, for example. The tub could get a little love as well.

The lady at the desk was really nice. The room was attractive. Air conditioner worked well. Quiet for the most part. Very clean.

Bathtub could not be used, no way to fill it or plug the drain even if you could fill it. The price was a bit high for what it was. No breakfast.
