Best Western Plus Fredericton Hotel & Suites

I loved the decor, the sights, the location, and especially the staff. Kenzie, the night manager, made my trip especially excellent, having given me incredible recommendations on where to go get some food and good places to go.

Bathroom didn't have a fan and the first half of the room didn't have any ac so when we took a hot shower, the room would become very warm and steamy, not exactly in a great way. We had to keep the second room's door open to let the AC flow through to cool down the place. Did not have a massive impact on the room itself. Housekeeping staff was otherwise helpful and kind

The room was clean and comfortable and the fridge in the room was the most substantial one I have encountered in a regular hotel room, which is great for those on road trips with plenty of snacks and drinks. The coffee they serve to guests in the lobby and breakfast area is very good, not the average brew. Additionally the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast options were good but seating was very limited and the way they set it up is not ideal. The waffle station is at the very beginning of the breakfast line congesting the flow of guests. It should really be at the end. Many guests were cranky and complaining during breakfast service because of this.

I really enjoyed the quietness of the room, we had guests with dogs and with kids around us, and as soon as we shut our door we didn't hear any noise at all. We had the double room, which was lovely and super cool! I didn't know this was an option. But will be asking for it in the future!

I tried to make it to breakfast a couple times, however it was closed, right on the time it said it would be. However there was always coffee or tea in the main lobby. Just wish they could have had muffins or something to go with it for the late morning wakers.

Breakfast options are incredible, fresh fruit, fully stocked hot items and a variety of drink options. The lounge is welcoming for a quick drink and snack in the evening with friendly staff. The housekeeping staff are amazing, the front desk has answers for everything and everyone in the hotel makes anyone feel welcome and appreciated.

The weather lol, of which I know you have no control. Other than that, a great stay to say the least. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean. Amazing bed. Nice shower. Clean fridge and microwave in the room (important for us because we’re traveling with our 1 year old and always bring our own food and snacks for her). Our daughter had enough space to play in the room. There was a clean and comfortable crib for her. We had some difficulty setting up the crib late at night and got help from a super friendly woman from housekeeping, named Melanie. She was so helpful and patient. Melanie if this message ever reaches you: You’re awesome! Breakfast was very good as well! Nice waffles! Even though we arrived last minute, the staff did not seem annoyed and were very smiley. They waited patiently till everybody was done grabbing breakfast and then started cleaning up. All in all, a very good and relaxed experience!

It did not bother us, but one side of the hotel is next to a busy street so you might hear some noise.

Conveniently located, quiet clean room, staff were great! pretty good in price with free parking and breakfast included.

King room was great after we had it changed from a queen. Breakfast could be better. Only one type of egg with cheese in it. I don't eat cheese as I'm lactose intolerant, so don't eat yogurt or cereal as well. No bacon, only sausages and sausage rounds, which upset my husbands stomach.

Clean facility, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.

The handicapped parking spots are further than the regular parking. We had an issue with the air conditioning and didn’t realize staff must take the stairs unless accompanying a patron and we were on the fourth floor. Perhaps a service elevator should have been installed but as it wasn’t I think staff should be able to use the regular one.

The property was close with lots of parking. The room was great and clean The beds were great to sleep on. The breakfast had many options with hot cereal, eggs, sausage and ham. They had amazing pancakes. Great start to the day

Really friendly staff. They did everything they could to help us on our stay. Comfortable bed.

Feral children, and their less than responsible minders making noise and mess on the Saturday night of our stay. Apparently a lot of sports teams stay there. The queue at breakfast meant we gave up and didn't have any.

Nice hotel, the rooms were a good size, nice and comfortable. Free parking on the premises which was most appreciated and very close to the main road out of Fredericton allowing for an early start in the morning.

The location is not great if you want to visit the town, you always need to take the car and drive about 10 minutes to city center. Also the breakfast is not great and it is a bit ridiculous that everything is single use (forks, knives, plates, etc).
