I want to give a thorough review, so others don’t need to figure things out like I did. I was confused when I first arrived because the big board by the entrance says that it’s the Deeper Life Bible Church, but no, if you see that, you’re at the right place (the church has a separate side entrance). You can park at the front or the back of the building depending on where your room is. Then, you go to the main entrance where there are several lockboxes on the wall beside the door; find the corresponding lockbox for your room. Weirdly, the rest of the boxes were labelled with a number, but #5 isn’t, and it has a black cover on top of it. So, I was unsure if it was out of use, but since it was the only lockbox that hadn’t been numbered, I decided to give it a go. If your lockbox happens to be #5, you can pull down the black cover by pushing down on the groove marks on either side; it should come right off. Then, in the instructions, you’ll be given a code to unlock the box. Once you put it in, push down on the black button above the numbers, and it’ll open the box: there’s a key in there to unlock the main entrance. Insert it into the door and twist counter-clockwise, then pull the door, and you can go right in (take your key with you!). The room is across from the entrance as soon as you walk in. There’s a touch screen keypad on the door, and the screen will most likely be off to save power. Tap the logo on the top of the pad, and it’ll light up. You’ll be given another code for the room door, so once you punch them in, hit the check mark on the screen, and you’re good to go. The room was so clean!!!! As a germaphobe, I really appreciate a clean room. It made my day. I don’t have any complaints about the room, aside from there not being an exhaust for the washroom that was in working condition and the hot water not being hot enough. I enjoyed my stay and would 100% come again. Thank you to the cleaners: I hope both sides of your pillow are cool at night.

Surprisingly, they didn’t have an exhaust in the bathroom- or like, it wasn’t working? I agree with the other reviews that the hot water isn’t hot enough. I had the dial turned to full heat, and the water was just past lukewarm temperature. I wish the “18” on the building was bigger and less obscure and that there was a proper sign indicating it’s a rental property, so guests don’t get confused with the really huge church sign.

It was a last minute booking I was lucky to get this room I had a rental car so the location was perfect easy to get to Sackville,Beaverbank, Halifax and Bedford. The room was very laand spotless clean. The bathroom was massive and again spotless clean

It was all very much fine

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Large bathroom. Communication with owner through e-mail and text messages excellent. Nearby restaurant and pizza take away.

Aircon although powerful needs to be modernized: Difficult to adjust temperature, not possible to adjust airflow.

Clean and well maintained.

Water for my morning shower was luke warm. I like to start my day with a hot shower.
