I experienced an allergic food reaction and the staff was amazing, with providing me with water and toiletries I needed. Bed was supper comfortable, which made missing out on the reason for my visit to the city not as bad as it could have been.

No pool, sauna or hot tub, to unwind. The Exit signs were visible but to get to front desk or outside main lobby, proved a bit difficult, when first visiting. So improve signage to and from Front Entrance and Desk. Maybe have someone help with luggage, for second floor stays?

Breakfast was good - hot and plentiful. There was a good selection of items to choose from. Could have had a few more choices of fresh fruit as there was only bananas available.

The room was clean and the size of the room was what I expected. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and willing to accomodate our needs.

The ac/heater fan was very loud, enough to wake us up during the night. The breakfast was typical of chain hotels: eatable, but not great.

The neighborhood was not especially great, but not dangerous. The bed was VERY comfortable. The free bottled water in the room was excellent, and just what we needed!

A larger area for the breakfast would have been nice. The breakfast was a bit short on a few things. There were only 2 kinds of tea. Green tea or orange Pekoe. What about regular black tea or English Breakfast tea, or herbal teas? The eating area was very small, and somewhat congested with a number of people trying to get food at the same time. I was happy to see REAL butter. However, there were very few whole grain bread products to choose from.

Well I should've booked directly with them. I did through Booking.com and there is a huge comisión they are taking Overall nice hotel for the price

The front desk staff was very hospitable and helpful.

I have mobility issues and didn't realized on booking that the hotel did not have an elevator. I was assigned the second floor.

I like the location as it provides easy access to major highways. and the breakfast is always good.

Value.. I find the cost has jumped substantially over the past several months. Although I like the hotel, the staff and the location I will probably do comparison shipping before booking my next stay

Breakfast was great, staff was very attentive to cleaning up after guest left their table. Also she kept a close eye on the food being put out. Nothing was cold or left uncovered !!Good selection.

The staff were great. We were traveling with bicycles and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The person operating the breakfast was efficient and pleasant. Beds were very comfy.

We didn't have a vehicle so the location wasn't optimal, but we found cycling routes fairly close.
