I experienced an allergic food reaction and the staff was amazing, with providing me with water and toiletries I needed. Bed was supper comfortable, which made missing out on the reason for my visit to the city not as bad as it could have been.

No pool, sauna or hot tub, to unwind. The Exit signs were visible but to get to front desk or outside main lobby, proved a bit difficult, when first visiting. So improve signage to and from Front Entrance and Desk. Maybe have someone help with luggage, for second floor stays?

The neighborhood was not especially great, but not dangerous. The bed was VERY comfortable. The free bottled water in the room was excellent, and just what we needed!

A larger area for the breakfast would have been nice. The breakfast was a bit short on a few things. There were only 2 kinds of tea. Green tea or orange Pekoe. What about regular black tea or English Breakfast tea, or herbal teas? The eating area was very small, and somewhat congested with a number of people trying to get food at the same time. I was happy to see REAL butter. However, there were very few whole grain bread products to choose from.

Good breakfast, nice room

The young staff was not professional: we booked 2 rooms. During check-in, I asked him "are the room same?", he didn't answer, and then he mixed up our room. After we entered the rooms, we had to switch room by ourselves (Room 120 has 2 queens bed, suitable 4 people; Room 238(?) has 1 queens bed and a sofa-bed, suitable 3 people. This is clearly during our booking. But the staff gave smaller room to Guest 1 but bigger room to Guest 2).

the breakfast was hot and tasty with adequate selection. Definitely a great added value . The hotel was well situated for our purposes We found the room to be clean comfortable and quiet. The only staff we had interactions were the front desk clerks and both were very friendly and professional. This was our second time staying here and we have every intention of using it for all future trips to the area.

The staff were great. We were traveling with bicycles and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The person operating the breakfast was efficient and pleasant. Beds were very comfy.

We didn't have a vehicle so the location wasn't optimal, but we found cycling routes fairly close.

Not used to area so had a time finding on GPS but thats me. Room good but smelled like smoker might have been there at one time. Motel had great full continental breakfast and laundry facilities...very timely on our long trip.

Updated and clean

Nowhere unpack suitcases- just three small drawers and a small closet. Had to leave clothes in the and one suitcase on the sofa. Also on one side of bed there needs to be a side table or shelf. Had to put water glass, meds and book on floor.

Breakfast was good. Location for roads in and out of town were good. Location for local transport very good.

A lift to upper floor would have been a great help as we had heavy cases and no ground floor rooms were available for the three of us.

Very clean, comfortable bed, breakfast included, free parking. Convenient to access the bridges and highways. Staff was very accommodating.

Public areas and room furnishings are very tired, and could do with refreshing. That said, at this price point I wasn’t expecting the Ritz.

Lots of towels and face clothes.

We didn't like how the toilet flushed. You had to hold the handle down for a bit before it would flush. The breakfast lineup was not a good flow for a small area. We were surprised we didn't see a elevator.
