I can not say enough words on how much I enjoyed my stay. I have made several visits to Brantford and finally I have found a hotel that was great. the check in clerk was very kind the atmosphere was warm and inviting. My room was very clean and comfortable to sleep in. convenient location close to the highway. The shower was nice and hot with strong pressure water just how I like it! I loved the pillows on my bed they were very comfortable There is a mall nearby for some fun shopping. Breakfast staff was kind. the on site restaurant is really nice. I will stay here every time I visit Brantford.

The rooms could use some usb ports for charging Maybe some more vegan options for the restaurant would be nice, I would have ate all my meals on site if so.

we loved the pool, hot tub and hot breakfast every morning. it was also close to the Highway as we were working in Paris and it was easy to get there.

the bed was not made professionally, our room coffee curdled with the packet creamer and the room we stayed in did not lock upon closure. we woke up one morning with the door not locked and we came home from work one day facing the similar situation after house keeping had been in earlier on that day.

That their was young hockey kids running in hall and took over hot tub before I played my billiards tourney was gonna go relax but that definitely didn't work out.. understand the hockey tourney but booked this motel for hot tub relaxation always before my tournament.. was able to go early Saturday morning for 15 minutes before start of tourney at 9.. didn't feel as relax as usual tho.. lol

Nice staff. Good breakfast. Pool and fitness room. Fairly modern. Conveniently close to highway.

Noise travels (many families stay here it seems). Wifi needs modernizing - couldn’t connect my work laptop because of older security standards. Needs some TLC in the details, for example the power sockets in bedside lamps don’t work well.

The staff at the hotel were very pleasant, friendly, courteous. The courtyard facing room was in a quiet area and a view of the courtyard. The hot breakfast choices were tasty, though limited in selection, nonetheless it was plentiful and very good. Further, breakfast included with a hotel room is almost unheard of nowadays!

My room location. I prefer a room that doesn't face the parking lot. I will know to specify for next time I stay. On a plus, I was able to load my stuff out of the room directly into my car so not really too much of a negative.

The restaurant on site was great- good food and super friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was good.

The room had an awful smell to it, a combination of must and mildew and wet dog. We asked the cleaning lady if she had something to help air it out but she just said no and walked away. We were exhausted but had to google a Walmart to go buy some disinfectant spray, oder ban and febreeze so we could all sleep that night.

You can tell whoever manages this hotels takes great pride in ensuring the highest quality is met. The breakfast was outstanding, and being able to choose from 3 options was amazing, having 3 kids who all eat differently. Definitely will be staying at Best Western in every city we travel to

We were given a beautiful, comfortable room. The free breakfast was very good in the restaurant off the lobby. Not the usual buffet continental type served in most hotels,. This was a full breakfast.

There was a low humming noise in the room that made it a little difficult to sleep. Not sure if it was coming from a nearby factory or a large outdoor air conditioning unit. Earplugs would have been beneficial.

I booked a pet friendly room but did not get one, I was told by the girl at the front desk I did not book a et friendly room. I showed the front desk the next day my receipt for the room and they could do nothing for me.

The front desk clerk on check in was not very friendly and argued with me about what I had reserved. |I know what I paid for and did not receive it, Not happy!
