I had booked my stay for 11 nights but had to extend my stay by 1 night more. The hotel staff is amazing, they are very friendly and helpful. I loved each and every bit of my stay specially the location that this hotel is at. Amazing connectivity by public transport and great places to eat nearby. Absolutely enjoyed my stay would highly recommend to go for this above any other two or three star property in Kitchener.

I’d say nothing at all is there which I didn't like but if I have to do some nitpicking, then in that case I’d say that the place is built as per old styling so the look and feel of the furniture is a bit on the older side, nothing apart from that I’d say is there anything that I didn't enjoyed during my stay.

I thought the breakfast selection was quite good, especially the large selection of hot beverages available. The room had everything we needed and the hotel staff were all helpful and friendly.

I wish the breakfast went a little later and that there was a bit more fresh fruit (or that the fruit was a bit nicer, more specifically better apples). I really miss bathroom fans in hotel rooms.

Staff was very helpful at checkin - recommending a local place for dinner (Piper Arms - great food & service!) This property may not be decked out in the latest interior design trends, but everything is clean and in good working condition. Mini fridge in room was nice, and shower had great pressure and tons of hot water. Lots of parking available, and close to tons of shopping/dining etc..

totally met our needs for a stopover before a flight.

A very clean and quiet hotel. Second time booking this hotel and would happily book with them again. I really liked the size and dimensions of the type of room we had. Booking didn't say that they had breakfast available, but the hotel did actually have a few things to grab and go.

The parking lot is a little busy with the fact that two restaurants share the same parking lot. And it the time of our stay, some traffic trying to avoid construction on the main road would cut through the parking lot making it a bit busier than normal.

room was big, the bed was huge, facing the window. The staff is extremely helpful, I really like the service. When I called the reception said I'm running out of kleenex in the room, I heard a knock-knock a few minutes after I hang up the phone. It reminds me of my experience at Toronto Regis and Ottawa Fairmont, we need to call millions of times to ask people to bring us something. So I'm really glad that the staff at this hotel reacted so fast. And the breakfast coffee taste good.

I found a take-out box container cover beside my bed. It was obviously not mine. It was gross to see it when I came in. I also see other ladies' hair on the toilet. It was gross too. I wiped the toilet 3 times...

Good parking lot, easy check in, the room was comfy, and the bathroom was spacious, and I discovered that there is a guest laundry on the second floor. The breakfast had plenty of choices, a Keurig coffee machine with many options, and the table area was very nice. I would happily stay here again.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations and I have nothing negative to say.

convenient location, easy access to many amenities including dining. Easy to find. Rooms we spacious and comfortable and the large shower was a dream!

The parking lot was a little difficult to access and exit depending where you were going. Also it was a Monday morning and we went down for breakfast at 8:30 as did many other people and the food was all gone.

Easy check in/out and cost was exceptional. I found the room to be very clean and the location to our destination was perfect.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Juice and waffle machines were not working. Sausage was a bit unusual but may have been the way it was cooked? Scrambled eggs are also usually more palatable when they sit in warmers.

Well located hotel with all the amenities. On main street, but tucked up against nice neighbourhood. Very comfortable room and bed, and very quiet. Breakfast the next day was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable, and less expensive than other stays in southern Ontario.

The room was clean and quiet. The towels were well-stocked. There was an iron/board that worked well. Adequate parking.

The luggage carts were noisy, clunky and the one I checked out with was clearly broken. The drain plug was removed from the sink and water wasn't draining properly in same sink (related?). A number of guys were loitering in the dark parking lot shared by the hotel and nearby businesses. Front-desk clerk was knitting when I approached her to check out early and commented on my early departure, which wasn't any of her concern.
