Hot tub, in room dinner was open, vending with pop and chip candy. Pool. sauna, common space hot tub, microwave, coffee maker, fire place, windows not to bad view. Hot water, fast fill, 2 TV's cable and net, radio, iron, vault, elevator, YouTube. Couch and living room. Fridge, ice, cold water. Location not to bad, food close, booze close, warm, safe, space. Gym and washer and dryer free for use only one for all.

This time you did not clean as well and you clean well most of the time. Bugger on light in bathroom, bugger around, kids hand prints, dirty fire place front, did clean the hot tube once before use, shower corners red soap, fridge cupboard, little black mold under lip of bathroom sink, dust. Next your TV has net and I check the history of the YouTube and Islamic music, child porn ''2 18 years old's suck a ***'' other adult porn and jewelry reviews, Tailor swift and dixy chicks. RED FLAG - Do you not report to the cops the child molester in your motel? The things that happen in your walls is easy to see every time I come and look in your computer history.

You can park next to the room what was very convenient, the room was bigger than I expected what made it worth for the value paid. Comfy bed, didn’t explore much of the amenities but everything seemed very clean.

The staff was ok, not very friendly but average. Since you could park next to the room, I had a feeling of insecurity since there were some people sitting all night and early morning in the parking lot in front of the room’s door. You need to leave a 200$ deposit that I didn’t expect I wish they had provided us with some water to drink and make the coffee on their machine. The dryer didn’t work

I liked that our room was cleaned daily and that fresh towels were provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was always available. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. The room was large and there was more than sufficient space to hang and put away clothing.

Didn’t like the smell of pot smoke emanating into our room through the vents from people smoking outside the rooms below us. The pillows on the bed were too small. There was nothing on the restaurant menu that we would eat normally and that was terribly disappointing especially when we were hungry and didn’t feel like going out.

It was clean and semi modern

The shower was not the best, very loud . And the bathroom sink faucet leaked all night. Also I was overcharged and had to call for the front desk staff to inform me that they had initially charged $94 to book the room, and when I checked out charged the entire amount for the stay. To which I asked why I just wasn't charged the difference? That would have made more sense. That explanation didn't make sense to me, and now I have to wait 5 business days for a refund. A

Our stay was excellent. The room was immaculate and quite cozy. The beds were super comfortable and warm on cold winter nights. The staff was so kind to provide us with extra blankets when we asked. Loved the kitchenette in our room. It was perfect for making quick snacks at anytime. They had supplied some dishes, pots, utensils, knife, & dish soap in the room. The room also had a sink, a toaster, a kettle, stove, microwave, coffeemaker and a mini fridge available for use. The hotel also had filtered water near the ice machine, which was nice to refill your water bottles or just drink from the glass. There was an indoor pool at the hotel as well which looked very clean, we didn't get a chance to use the pool. The location was quite central, within minutes from everything.

There was a restaurant within the hotel, which unfortunately was closed during our whole stay. We were really looking forward to ordering room service, but no luck as nothing was open or available.

I needed to contact the hotel twice between the time I booked and check-in and both times the staff was very quick to reply to my email. They were very helpful. Check-in was very easy. The room was comfortable. The hotel is well located. There is a bus stop very near and a couple bus lines use this street (it's a one way street though so if youre taking a west-bound bus, note that you have to walk an additional block). You can also easily go to a few restaurants and a grocery store by foot and you can reach the FirstOntario Centre in less than 30 min by foot with sidewalks the whole way.

Not a big problem but the water pressure wasn't very strong (on the second floor).

Very good stay overall. Really nice people throughout the hotel, at front desk, dining room, cleaners, etc. Very clean. Comfortable bed and otherwise well-furnished room. Internet better than many larger, more expensive hotels I've stayed at. I did eat at the restaurant one evening -- a Greek souvlaki dinner -- and it was very good. Very sweet and attentive young serving person.

Even with double-glazed windows and ear plugs, still heard some of the heavier traffic from Highway 403 nearby. But expected that due to location. And I'm a light sleeper anyway. Despite this, I would return.

We liked the hotel, so we decided to stay a few additional nights there (the staff managed to keep us in the same room, which was very convenient). The hotel is nice, clean, modern with comfortable beds. Pool area looked good but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. The restaurant was great too, but not open all day.

The hotel is between 2 busy streets, so it’s too noisy to open the window and the AC did also a lot of noise so we had to stop it during the night. Water pressure is too low, but we experienced the same in other hotels in Canada.

No breakfast on my reservation. I enjoyed the room and staff were friendly. Location was great and on public transit.

Rooms LACKEF USB inputs for charging phones. Also the vending machines were a bit pricey. The pool attendant could have been friendlier. He was anxious to get everyone to leave by 11 pm. I understand that. But when we left and said have a good night, he said nothing. You advertise free newspapers but didn't see any. Also coffee, tea and cookies on main floor would be a nice touch.

Great pool, friendly helpful staff, the small on site restaurant had excellent food, comfortable beds, convenient location to access different areas of Hamiilton

Instead of providing COFFEEEMATE, switch to little creamers and milks which could be stored in the fridge located below the coffeemaker ... a note with the coffee pods would let the customer know the creamers were there to use.. The coffee itself was excellent!
