We loved the breakfast. The rooms are okay, just starting to get outdated. I think they could use a paint job. Out of all the staff that I came into contact with I would rate 100%. However there was one staff member that was very inappropriate.

I did not like that there was no ashtray outside, I spoke to a few employees and they said they could not get one. If that is the case I think they could find a makeshift alternative. I did have a staff member who thought we could not hear her and said that my adult son was a dumb idiot and was stupid.

Lots of variety for breakfast. Staff kept up well when food was getting low. Pool was nice and clean. Fitness room open 24 hours. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Sofa bed uncomfortable, and there was a rundown chair at the desktable. Disappointed that the pool was closed on our last night, so we missed out on the pool which was a big reason for staying there.

Staff friendly and caring. Very good breakfast. Pool and hot tub great for grandkids and us to enjoy.

Had booked a room with one large bed and sofa. Got there and we were given a room with two queen beds. Front desk was great and because not busy got us the proper room. Unfortunately, fire alarm went off 7:32am in the morning. Had to go outside and front lobby. Fireman came and checked building and allowed us back inside.

The location was perfect! We came from the African Lion Safari and had no problem finding it and we left to head back to the Windsor area. Perfect access to the 401. The breakfast was really good although I have one grandson that only eats rainbow cereal (Lucky Charms) lol The staff were very pleasant as were the guests we encountered. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night but did enjoy ourselves. Thank you!

Everything was great! The elevator took too long to open so my grandson thought we were trapped!

the property looks to be well maintained.

They are still in Covid mode even though the state of emergency has been lifted for quite some time. They also had issues with their phones so we couldn’t call for anything we needed. The rooms were not cleaned daily and we had to go down to get clean towels, shampoo, etc. This should be stated upfront instead of it being a surprise.

The front desk worker Amanda was fantastic. We got locked out of our main floor room and the key wasn't working she was amazing at helping us get back in.

The hotel needs a bit of work. we had peeling wallpaper cracked tile in the bathroom grout missing in the shower and and the floor. Stains on the carpet. The main floor outside access didn't work. Property is a bit run down.but clean.

I booked here because my usual hotel in the area had no space. It was a very happy accident, and I will in future have the Best Western as my first choice. The beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable. And the breakfast was remarkably good.

My stay was brief: late one night to early the next morning. So I didn't have much opportunity to experience anything that would be grounds for disapproval!

Location was great, right off 401 on Hwy 24. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast which was included in the cost was pretty good and the room was large and fairly comfortable.

My biggest dislike was the shower. It was poorly maintained and the water pressure was basically a dribble. Also my room was right off the elevator so noise was a factor. I could hear the ice machine dropping ice and people moving about the hallways which woke me up several times.

Room was a good size with comfortable beds. Breakfast had a nice variety and was plentiful.

The building is quite old and the infrastructure shows it. The people at the front desk are aware that none of the toilets flush properly without repeated holding of the handle. The elevator shakes and wobbles. It does work and probably is safe enough.

Excellent service and facilities. Breakfast was always delicious and staff kept it refilled. Spacious room and free water bottle at check in and all day free coffee and tea was a nice added touch.

My only complaint is the bathrooms are dated and tiles/grout look dirty in the shower.
