The B&B is located on an easy-to-access, serene, and beautifully kept property. There is ample parking space and the grounds are gorgeous (be sure to bring mosquito protection). Audrey and Bogey are lovely hosts who both welcomed us and allowed us to have our space. Their meals are absolutely phenomenal - tasty, fresh, and abundant. Truly top notch. We also appreciated the way Audrey and Bogey were extremely mindful of my daughter's dog allergies (we loved their cute new puppy from afar), and gave us excellent sight-seeing recommendations around the Kawarthas. Thank you for making the first road trip for my daughter and me such a unique experience!

Andrey and Bogie are greatest host of this paradise-like, nature surraounded BnB. The best of our experience of BnBs so far in Ontario. The breakfast was great we have ever had, which was prepared and served by them in person in their beatiful dinning room. The cottage and garden were decorated with precious Asia art influence, created such a peaceful and serene environment that added so much value to our stay. Very impressiove! We also enjoyed chating with Andrey and Bogie and other guests, it made our trip also meaningful, i.e meeting with people and know the story behind the property. Also thanks Andrey for allowing me play on the grand piano.

The breakfast was excellent. The table and the food was unique. The host made us as comfortable as possible. The artful breakfast was light and delicious. Can't ask for more. They also gave us some token 'take away' food to go out with. Excellent hosts.
There was not any thing we didn't like about the B & B. Both hosts are knowledgeable and helpful. We have had extra tips about their old and new ornaments in their collection which was very exciting. We were not only have a short break, but learn new things too. Very pleased with our stay

We were completely happy with the breakfasts provided. Lots of choice and more than either of us could eat. And everything tasted great.
If I had one tiny complaint, it was that the laneway was a little too narrow to get our pickup truck into the parking lot. The trees sort of hung over the lane. Our truck is rather large though, so the problem was mostly ours. Just drive slowly and all will be well.

The hosts go out of their way to accomodate the guest. The breakfast they serve is great! Loved the muffins and egg specialties. The breakfast, is served at a fixed time. (for someone like me, not the best option, as I am not an early bird 😄). We had a cab drive us there and once there I figured I should have rented a car (which I wanted to) but none was available on those dates! But the host was kind enough to give us rides a few times in nearby Buckhorn and that made our stay more pleasant. I liked the few restaurants and a pizza place in town, had a few drinks and delicious Great Canadian burgers at The Mainstreeter, Great Canadian pizza at The Alloro, specialities from Caddy Inn. Ice cream at Mariloo's. All very good!
The weather was not to our advantage. Not much sun in those few days we stayed, but we sort of made what we could out of it in the short time we had there. The property sits on large acreage and it has a nearby pond. It would be an added bonus if it had a pool on the site, and guests could enjoy their time there even more. But the place is great and enjoyable even as it is, and plesant cause people who run it are caring, very nice and welcoming people. Thank you!

This place was terrific. I have had some so-so experiences with B&B's in the past so approached our stay with a little trepidation. It was needless. The room was beautiful and comfortable, loved the screened in porch. Gorgeous surroundings in the woods, which felt remote (what we wanted) but just off the highway. Audrey and Bogey were wonderful hosts. Attentive without being pushy, extremely respectful while being friendly. They seem like really interesting people and we enjoyed chatting with them. They made great recommendations of things to do in the area, and were quick to offer any kind of help needed. I'd definitely stay again. The breakfast was fantastic, full breakfast made with care and attention to detail - and delicious.
I can't think of anything.

The hosts warmly welcomed us into to their beautiful home, truly magnificent ambience and care for all the treasures therein. Located just a few minutes from the lake front, hiking trails, parks, restaurants, and a winery! The setting at the property itself invites tranquility, calm and peace as it sits in a natural habitat with wildflowers, pond, variety of birds above and lots of woodland creatures around us. We cannot say enough about the fabulous breakfasts, no need for lunch...even gave us a take home bag of the secret recipe homemade blueberry muffins. We will definitely return whenever we can.
Nothing. It was perfect. Okay, there are mosquitos, but where aren't they in southern Ontario in summer! BUT, we had our own private screened porch off our room so we could enjoy all of the outdoors at dusk without the mosquitos.

Beautiful setting, comfortable room, amazing breakfast.
The only thing I would have liked would be a light above the bathroom mirror for better makeup application.
