Older buildings but renovated rooms. Great location

No mats at room door. You are literally walking into a room with no rugs to soak the snow from your boots. There was a tray to put boots on, but there were puddles all by the room door and ultimately infront of the bathroom. Nothing worse than walking through puddles and soaking your socks.🥺

Our stay at The Kent Inn was great. The hosts were pleasant and accommodating. Room was clean and beds were very comfy. Wifi was great as well.

I only had 2 minor issues. The bar fridge in the room worked so well that it froze some fresh fruit that we'd bought so we were unable to eat it. Also, I went out and bought an inexpensive kettle. Making a cup of tea with microwaved water doesn't cut it, nor does using the coffee maker with hot water. It tastes like coffee. A quick fix with the kettle.

It was clean and tucked off of the main road so it was reasonably quiet and felt secure enough for a solo traveler.

The room was so tiny. The room was smaller than the average size bedroom in a home. The bathroom was so small that I felt like a larger person wouldn't have been able to use it. And no breakfast, which is something I've come to expect with hotels.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Near bus stop, shops and downtown. Quiet place, beautiful area. The room has everything you need for life: a comfortable large bed, microwave, TV, air conditioning, coffee machine, coffee. Quiet, calm. Great place to stay and relax

The room is quite small but for me it was just right so it wasn't a problem

Received a voucher for breakfast at Eggsmart and it was very good, thank you. Location was central in Lindsay and very quiet. Beds and pilllows were extremely confortable. Would have preferred a couple mor towels though.

Did not like that our room was up a flight of stairs as both my travelling companion and I have issues with our knees. I would have preferred to know this at the time I was booking and would have chosen a ground floor room.

We have stayed here for the past three years in a row. The location is perfect, it is in the middle of town.

The one thing that could make it better is a guide of the TV channels available. The only other thing that could make it better is a continental breakfast of some sort.

Magically, the Kent Inn seems to be within 10 minutes from anywhere in Lindsay (shopping, entertainment or meals). Talk about 'centrally-located'! The staff are friendly and helpful. The air conditioner is robust! The TV offers gazillions of stations. Each room has a frig-freezer and competent microwave. Bed was yummy. The complex is made up of a string of motel rooms (where we stayed) plus an 8-room, 2-storey apt building (4 with balcony). Free parking is spacious and generous. Staff were alert enough to phone us just after we checked out to notify us that we had left a charger behind.

Can't touch this.

I can't say enough good things about the Kent Inn! We came to Lindsay for my brother's wedding and had to find accommodations for our whole family. The Inn itself was quaint and very, very clean, and had everything we needed. The service was bar none. Not only was the staff wonderfully friendly and accomodating, but the staff gifted my brother and his new wife a congratulatory card and bottle of wine. So unexpectedly thoughtful! 10/10 for our stay. Thank you Kent Inn staff for making our stay so wonderful!

A great location, welcoming staff and a great place to stay.

Perhaps add a bike rack for guests? The hosts gladly opened a shed for overnight storage - but during the day it would be nice to have an organized place to lock-up the bike. Of note there were 6 bikes - plus mine in the shed so bicycling is clearly a local attraction that will likely only grow in the future.

A truly wonderful stay! Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Location is ideal if one wants to explore downtown Lindsay and the Kent West services area. Price was reasonable for sure - $100.

My room was somewhat cramped but quite fine for my needs.
