Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lindsay

I went there with very little expectation, but the moment I walked into the room and saw big two queen beds, sofa, chair and a very clean washroom, I felt pretty good. Best part is, unlike other cheap hotels (Marriot, Hilton...lol), these guys provided good bodywash, moisturizer and shampoo and I certainly impressed as I found similar quality products in 5 to 7 star hotels. Pool is medium size and kids really had fun. Even though we haven't had breakfast, we saw they got some pretty good items to enjoy. Hotel staff was very courteous and we had real good time at this hotel. I certainly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in hundreds of medium to high end hotels but this was the first time they asked me to write down name and age of each person accompanying. They were also curious where I was from and why I am visiting (not a friendly question, but they done it as part of checking in process) which I found very weird.

Fantastic idea the hotel has implemented in the breakfast room, the very warm welcome you get from Marg, who takes your hot food order, and serves it to you, . She is a jem. . The front desk guys are awesome and so helpful. Our room was a good size and very clean. We found nothing negative at this Day's Inn and suites, would for sure stay again, when in the area. Lindsay is a lovely town, ,lots of little shops and eateries. Good place to stay and visit. So clean .

Clean and close to our destination. Quiet, not in a busy area.

Everything was great. Still waiting for pending service/security charge to drop off my credit card but I believe that is booking.com as I was told by the hotel staff as I was a little uncomfortable that no paperwork was provided when I checked out and I even double asked, I approached a manager after concierge…hopefully that charge drops off soon as it is more than the cost of the room itself!!!

The reception staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast room staff cheerful and helpful. The room attendants were friendly. I liked the way the company are trying to reduce single use containers, opting for pump dispensers in the shower. We enjoyed the indoor pool.

We had a family in the room above us and could hear a lot of thumping around. Luckily it did stop by the time we wanted to sleep.

We were a group of 4 travelling for a golf outing. All 4 of us were impressed with the hotel facilities, room, and breakfast. The room was very clean and very fresh looking. The remote was disinfected and packaged in a plastic bag and there was a bottle of hand sanitizer outside the rooms. The bathrooms were spotless and well equipped with towels and convenience items. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty, had plenty of breakfast items and was served to us in a sanitary manner by a staff member. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Not much that we could identify

Great hotel- the pool was really nice, the breakfast was great _ really appreciated the early availability and range of offerings. Staff were very friendly and prompt, and it was a great stay. Room was clean and the bathroom was really nice and bright with lots of towels.

Only thing was the bed- really hard. But all hotels go for really firm mattresses, which sucks for us side sleepers!

The front desk staff called 15 minutes after we got into the room to check in with us. We left a few items in the room and before discarding the items, the front desk staff called to confirm they could get rid of it. Very personalized attention.

I had stepped out of the room for a bit with some luggage to lighten the final load. Housekeeping staff knocked on the door and woke up my daughter. They had assumed that I had checked out without verifying with the front desk staff. My daughter explained that we were still using the room and were preparing to leave before 11am. When I returned to my room, my key cards had been de-activated. I contacted the front desk to ask what was going on and they explained that since the family next to us had checked out and we were in an adjoining room, there was an assumption that we had also checked out. We had no connection or relation to the people next door to us.

Nothing to dislike but 1. Breakfast - Amazing breakfast but a bit of a wait due to limited seating which is not a big deal 2. Elevator - Only one but pretty big 3. Dog - There was a dog at the property which was very loud and almost attacked me

Very new and modern building, spacious all around, rooms are large and well laid out, very solid and quiet. Building is easy to access and move around. Bathroom is brand new looking, modern and well lit. All amenities are available. Breakfast was easy and very well made, lots of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed there one year ago, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and very good value.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was great!! The lady serving breakfast was fantastic and patient with our kids. Lots of fun in the pool as well.

The price was a bit high considering it's usually cheaper on different booking sites and I had just missed out on the room at a lower price and paid higher.
