Lots of good space for my handicapped husband. We especially appreciated the various grab bars in the shower/tub. We enjoyed having a table and two chairs that were comfortable. Parking was close and convenient for us.

After our departure we found the lack of direct communication with the motel was a difficulty. While booking agents are a convenience for making a reservation, sometimes it is necessary to make direct, unmediated contact with the hotel.

i personally liked the room that I had this past weekend with the fireplace. property was fairly close to restaurants

a bit outdated, however they are renovating at this time looked to be one room at a time. I have already booked another weekend here.

Location was easy to find. Check in was quick and easy. Room was super clean and nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable and not at all institutional like some hotels. Shower was a shower, not a bath with a shower head. Big a spacious too. Made getting up in the morning a delight.

Surprised at the hardwood floors instead of the usual carpet. I'm sure that helped in keeping it clean though. Room was chilly when we got there but warmed up quickly.

The rooms were well cleaned. The beds were comfortable and it seemed like the sheets were fresh and clean as well. The location provided easy access to the 401 and to Cornwall. Parking at the motel was easy and right in front of the room.

Perhaps that there were other guests outside their rooms that smoked (it's so strange to see people still smoking these days), but that didn't affect our rooms in any way, shape or form. Yes, the rooms are a little "tired" but that doesn't affect their functionality. If you want fancy spend double or triple the amount on a hotel. But, if you need a good, quiet place to sleep and recuperate, definitely considering OYO.

Honestly, we arrived very late, 3am, Dan was awesome. By the time we got in the room all I cared about was a shower and sleeping. We were gone before 10 am, so I really didn't see too much. I'd stay again though.

Noisy neighbour 2 doors down. Was awake and came out of his room when we arrived, went back in and kept peeking out through the curtains. When we went in our rooms, he came out and was standing out front bitching about people who arrive late and open and close doors etc. Man was an ads with nothing better to do I guess. When we left he stood outside staring then.

Very helpful staff for a last-minute stay. We stayed in the cottage, which is due for a makeover (the manager told us that). It was fine, but a little "rustic" and the kitchen could have used a clean up. Not nasty, but I don't think it had been used in a while. Comfy bed, great shower, good location. It was just what we needed - and Casa Paolo next door is fantastic! Bonus!

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was clean. The hotel was in a very convenient location and was priced well.

The water pressure was very low.

Clean room, comfy bed, large kitchen and quiet area.

Couldn't find air conditioner control- just a bit chilly for my liking

I like the room very much it was great and the service was great too I like everything about the place comfort hospitality customer service and the staff was great too

I just find the bathroom door in room 117 could have been clean better it needed some cleaning to be done.

The staff here go above an beyond there expectations I am forever grateful for everything they have done to accommodate myself and my children during our stay
