Large, clean rooms. Well sound proofed, no disturbances. Lovely pool and jacuzzi, we swam at 7am and had the place to ourselves. Liked the fridge and microwave facilities in the room. Good location with amenities very close.

I would personally have liked a designated smoking area outside. I stood on the sidewalk, but late at night it didn't feel that safe. There was a shortage of towels in the pool area and we were not sure if we were supposed to use our room towels, I do not like to do that.

We arrived at the hotel 30 minutes before check in and they readily checked us in. Staff were courteous and pleasant. Needed 2 rooms so we got adjoining rooms. Rooms were clean. Linens were fresh and clean without the smell of detergent or bleach. The linens were soft. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Best part was the free breakfast. Healthy choices of food selections. It was very nice that you can actually take out food if you didn't want to sit down for meal. Location was great. Access to stores and restaurants and everything a family could ask for. Family friendly. Will surely stay at any Holiday Inn Express in our future travels. 🙌

The antimicrobial soap containers at the entrance, by the elevators, and the pool entrance were empty throughout our stay. Please ensure that these are always full.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We went down for breakfast and it was a great start to our day. The breakfast had a wide variety of items for everyone. The location of the hotel is fantastic and you could easily get around.

The Wi-Fi was okay during the day but at night time (when everyone was using it) it slowed down considerably. We had difficulty with accessing emails, internet etc. This cleared up after 12 midnight so I suspect it is a user load issue.

The stay was comfortable, staff very friendly. Breakfast was also good.

Breakfast area gets very crowded. Could have started a bit earlier if possible. I would like to suggest the hotel incorporates more environmentally friendly measures such as replacing styrofoam cups with paper ones. The trash bags are all the same for recycle or trash or compost- would be nice to be separated for better waste management. Other than that, great hotel and amazing staff!

Great pool with tv to watch sports. Snack area for those night time cravings. Excellent breakfast provided. Clean and nice rooms with desk and a great TV.

Could hear some beeping from trucks while sleeping. Also air conditioner in room 523 was rattling and loud at night.

Considering it was a complementary breakfast it was very good. I had been told by a friend if I explained we were traveling because of a medical appointment there would be a reduced rate, which there was. Also the parking fee was deducted from our bill. This was greatly appreciated.

the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was hot and the staff was friendly. the pool temperature was warm and the hot tub was hot.

the sofa bed was not very comfortable and there was no sheets for the sofa bed in the room. there was no bacon for breakfast. having to pay for parking- it’s only $6 but just add it to the overall stay and no one is the wiser and believes it is free parking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The pool was clean and well supplied with towels.

There were glitches with some TVs- low batteries in remotes. One bathroom light was out. These things were quickly addressed by staff.

Mostly is good, comfortable bed, delicious food, nice employees, enough parking, especially pool, my children like it. Pancakes machine is so interesting.

Air condition is a little bit noisy.The food is not enough in the breakfast after 9:00.
