The view from our fifth floor room of the surrounding vicinity was a nice treat. The TV was of excellent quality with sufficient programming options, which is not a given with most places.

The breakfast was good, enough, but we did not get the gluten-free breakfast Booking.com confirmed we would get, the hotel saying "Booking" was in error, but, I'm disappointed the hotel doesn't rectify that situation with Booking, as having a health issue is an important thing to what we needed and wanted. We would have prepared ourselves for what we were hoping for, otherwise, like, bringing out own gluten-free breakfast items. Everything else was great.

Yes breakfast 👌 super! Still is cruel to close at 9 am. Our flt cancelations drive trought snow , we almost missed. Breakfast. An extra 1 hr, will help a lot. We bought a house in Aug 1 2020. Closing breakfast at 9 am .Room location , before moved in, We leaned good. We had 2 rooms for 4 nights from August first And 2 nights in July 2020. No breakfast at all for the pandemia. breakfast was horrific eggs were awful…round sausage was awful, oatmeal like soup, banana couldn’t peel… have a picture… no gluten free bread which I would have appreciated… there was nothing we could eat accept yogurt, muffin (husband) and granola… had to buy breakfast out… lady there didn’t remove plates or clean tables till breakfast was over… we had to wipe off crumbs from table … she.was on her phone in back the whole time… when I asked for help she responded immediately…

The breakfast was great! The room was excellent!

My one negative was the 8 PM scheduled shut off of hot water. I arrived at the hotel at 7:45 PM and found I needed to grab an immediate shower if I wanted one that night. The shutdown was completed in less than 2 hours during a peak use period. Such work should have been scheduled after say 2 AM in the night.

It’s a nice place for families, in a convenient location. Breakfast was good, with lots of variety. Comfy and spacious room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice bonus!

Remember to bring your own conditioner, since they don’t supply it in the shower.

Great selection for the breakfast. Lots of choices for my picky toddler. The room was clean and the bed had great support for my back.

The air conditioner is positioned to shoot air right at the bottom of the bed. When it would turn on, we'd get cold, when it would turn off, we'd get warm.

The pool is simple, but very clean and bright and well-heated. Breakfast was good also. Room was clean.

The hallways are not clean looking, hallway carpets are loose and worn, someone could easily trip and fall. The beds are not very comfy, and adjoining room noise is highly transferable.

Location could be better. You’re in the outskirts of the city, but the cleanliness, breakfast , and comfortability makes up for it

The stay was clean and comfortable and all the amenitites were working. The kids loved playing in the pool.

Not a dislike, but the age of the rooms is beginning to show. A bit of a refresh is needed.

The star was front desk staff, she was lovely. Breakfast ok, not much vegan but to be expected. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Furniture in general shabby/dirty, esp chairs in room. The coffee was exceptionally weak to the point that perhaps it was made incorrrectly on the occasion we had it.
