The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were just the right size and density, the breakfast was tasty and there were a lot of choices, the staff was helpful and friendly.

We should have been told about all of the extra charges before we got our bill. The $10.00 charge per night for a room on the 6th floor is not acceptable when we were already paying $296.00 per night for the room. Please explain what service we got that warranted this extra charge. Also what do you do with the extra $11.00 plus ( Municipal Accommodations Tax) per night? We realize that things are more expensive these days but the customer should be warned ahead of time. We had stayed at this hotel in past years always enjoyed it and had gotten value as advertised. Things have changed...

Front desk provided accurate info. Very pleasant and acknowledged us during the stay. Breakfast was exactly what we need and more, the breakfast area was well managed, keeping the area stocked up, right up until closing time. Tables kept clean. Those serving in the kitchen needs a special shout out and thank you. Room was stocked and very clean. Location was great. Super nice restaurant near by (Eleven sixty) and not far away for other eating places. We will definitely return. We appreciate you hospitality and thank you for a comfortable stay.

Pool and weight room is small. However, sufficient for 2 nights as we are busy doing other things.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was clean. There was ample free parking. The room was quiet despite being close to the highway.

The pillows were too soft and squishy. The fan in the bathroom did not work. Oddly, when the room was too hot, the only option was to turn on the air conditioning instead of turning down the heat. The TVs were very blurry. The sliding doors to the closet didn't open far enough to easily access the closet. The stopper in the sink could be put down but in order to open/drain the sink, we had to crawl in underneath the sink to release the stopper.

It was one of the best hotels I have been in. the stile of the suite was very nice and beautiful. two large TV , one in the bedroom and one in the living room was a good Idea. the swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool was a little bit small, but for my kids, it was crazy good for them. They were so excited about swimming in.

The only thing I didn't like was. They do the room service every 4 days, which means you have to do everything by yourself, even the garbage 🗑.

This hotel is gorgeous. It feels luxurious and we really enjoyed the colour scheme. The jacuzzi was my favourite part, and I appreciate it having a sanitation cycle for after it's been used. Hotel staff were amazing and the place felt very clean and inviting. We can't wait to come back and bring our dog. Hopefully this will be a yearly stay going forward.

The complimentary breakfast got the job done but had similar offerings to inexpensive hotel options. The coffee was not good.

Fee for mandatory pet cleaning should be disclosed prior to booking with hotel. I have no issues with paying a cleaning fee as I assumed this, however the amount should be disclosed. Room was nice but not worth the $220+/night + $75 plus tax for pet cleaning. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher when we got to our room. Not a big deal but the dishwasher could've been turned on prior to our arrival. I assume this was an honest mistake by the housekeepers.

Enjoyed the kitchen. The bed was very Comfortable and the room was well laid out. We enjoyed the bathroom separate from the sink area. View from windows was not good, not the worst. Room and hallways were very clean.

Room right near elevator which was very loud and annoying during sleep time. Wish the hall lights could be dimmed after certain hours. Chairs in kitchen need pads on legs so they don’t scrape across floors.

clean, polite staff, great breakfast and everything was in working order. Pool was warm and enjoyable but on the smaller side. The rooms are amazing, updated and spacious. The suites have a whole kitchen, house size fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave.

The front landscaping needs some work and was very deceiving when we arrived. It is early in the spring season so this may be corrected shortly.

We loved everything about our stay. The room was suprisingly spacious, clean and well kept. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Great value!@

We had one disappointment though, the exterior grounds were unkept, lots of weeds, it looks as if, they have not been weeded for the entire summer. The entry walkway interlocking brick was worn and uneven.
