I stayed here before and after my wedding. One reason was because their breakfast for the weekend was able to start at 6:30am, as I was going to be getting my bridal hair done at 7am. When I checked in on the friday, they told me breakfast started at 7:30am. They exceeded my expectations, on getting staff in for me to have a full continential breakfast. Their breakfast was waffles, oatmea;, cereal, yoghurt, few different kinds of eggs, sausages, bacon, fruit, english muffins, muffins, coffee, tea and juice. They went also left me a gift in my room with a nice card and a bottle of wine. They also transferred my belongings from one room to our different room the day of the wedding.

Their windows of hotel were very streaky, needed to maybe use a squeegy then using a cloth.

The pool was nice and warm. The room was big and spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was awesome and one of the better breakfasts we've had at a hotel with many options and the breakfast Attendant was attentive and made sure everything was fresh and people were comfortable and fed.

The pool had no towels when we went and was a tad messy for 9am. However, the staff were on it when we were in the pool and making sure everything was tended to.

The kitchen facilities were above my expectations. All equipment was in good working order, and very clean. The bathroom soaps were very good as well. The breakfast was better than the hotel across the street and same with the pool. The price was better as well.

An ice bucket in the room and an ice maker on at least one floor. The fridge has an ice maker, but when you are only staying for one night, the ice maker in the fridge isn't going to make ice quick enough.

LOVE the kitchenette and full sized fridge/freezer, very convenient for our family Great location, close to almost everything we needed The room was very comfortable, the art on the walls was beautiful and it was spacious enough for two adults and two rambunctious kids

Staff seemed kind of spread thin Only one person to man the front desk quite often, even at busy times like checkout. This created an inconvenience for us a handful of times and even before booking I had a hard time getting ahold of someone on the phone Pool had towels only 1 of the 4 times we swam and had a green ring around the tiles

The complimentary hot breakfast was superb. There was a wide variety of choices. The food was well prepared. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We were there for 8 nights. Fresh towels were supplied each day. But, the coffee was not replenished nor was the room vacuumed.

Gym room is a bit small, with broken mirror and no cleaning wipes/sanitizer and towels

I usually don't sleep well away from home. The beds are great and comfortable. The couch and living room have space to sit. We get the suite for the kitchen and it has everything you need. It feels like home away from home which is why I like it and I recommend it.

The buffet breakfast was great considering it was Free. The staff at the hotel were all amazing.

The bed could have been more comfortable. I didn't ask for no service yet that's what I got. If they knew I was staying for two nights and they weren't going to make up my room then two days worth of coffee would have been thoughtful.

Like the room size and staff was very friendly. Bed are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

The room we got was a little dirty. The door and Counter top were sticky, and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Due to covid there is no daily service. During my 4 day stay, I had 2 towels. I asked the front desk to please send more towels to my room. They said they would but never did. Maybe a bag for linens on the door to replace the soiled and request new would comply with restrictions and allow guests to have clean towels daily. also would be nice to be able to dispose of garbage daily as there is no service
