-It was clean. -The furniture was nicely arranged giving lots of room for Mom's walker and my wheelchair and walker. -The beds were great! -The Staff is very helpful. One helped us get in our room ( trouble with our 'key') and another helped us get signed in when we arrived since I couldn't get into the office because of the stairs and my broken leg!

-The fridge wouldn't get cold. -I use a walker and it wouldn't fit thru the doorway of the bathroom. There was a lot of wiggling and twisting to get to the toilet. -The office entrance of the Motel has stairs and there is no way for someone disabled to get into it. Once the Staff knows you are there, they are very helpful and come out to the car to help you get signed in and pay.

It was very clean and tidy. It had everything necessary though a little tired, but we were not there to stay in the room...only to sleep. The beds were comfortable and the sheets nice. The young Lady who helped check us in saw we were unable to get the key card to work and quickly came to our aid and eventually had to get us a different one. Then she stayed to help carry everything into the room for us. "Above and beyond"! Grateful Thanks to that young Lady!

There was a 3"-4" rise in the floor to the bathroom which is a tripping accident waiting to happen. There is no accessible entrance into the Motel Office...only stairs. I had to be processed with the help of a young Lady standing outside on the landing at the top of the stairs and myself in my van.

It is very clean and kept tidy by the cleaning Staff even though you are forewarned that due to Covid restrictions, there may not be tidying and clean towels every day...and we were fine with that!

TV only had 1 station- CityTv!? The second night, what sounded like 3 dogs barked most of the night. Then in the early morning when our neighbour must have returned, a poor, tired sounding child could be heard crying. Truthfully, we were so exhausted from a day at the Hospital, we were still able to get some rest. It was just all very annoying. I find it amazing that it is impossible for someone handicapped to enter your Motel Office!? There are only stairs and no other way to get in!? Thankfully someone came outside and processed my stay from the landing at the top of the stairs. There really should be another entrance!

Absolutely incredible staff, neat and tidy room in a perfect location directly by Tim hortons for coffee access and right near the market for weekend fun! The staff went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience and I will be returning for certain. The room was comfortable with its own personal heater/ac unit per room to set it how you want it instantly unlike hotels with one set temperature or a slow startup ac system. All in all, good location, great rates, nd incredibly helpful staff :)

The facility provided was good. Good speed Internet, air conditioning, bed and clean toilet. The staff allowed us to stay for 1.5 hours extra, which was very helpful to us.

There was unpleasent smell in the room. The air conditioner would switch off and would take a lot of time to switch on. the room would get hot.

The wall art was very cool. Nice clean room. The location was great for our needs. The desk staff had a very nice smile during check in and out. Parking was easy. The jet tub was a nice big size one for 2.

We did find the bed to be too hard for us. And the chairs at the table were also a right fit.

I was very happy . I was given an upgrade on my room at no extra cost due to a booking mistake . It was very nice . I have stayed here before in a standard room and I was returning because of the good value , and now I'll be sure they continue to receive my business .

No complaints this time .

-I wish the Office could be moved to become available to people who can't use the stairs! Or an alternative office for people who can't climb the stairs! The Staff was great to come out to our car and help me sign in and pay!

Clean room, parking good, good value for money.

At check in the. An at the front desk asked me repeatedly if I had a dog with me. I didn't but couldn't seem to get him to believe me. He asked a total of 6 times. Not the worst thing but just really weird.

This is our go to place to stay when we are in London. Have visited several times.. Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable. Has a microwave and fridge. We have never had breakfast there as we always treat ourselves to a restaurant breakfast when away. Good value for the price. Very nice owner.
