The staff were very friendly and helpful! The fridge in the room was a good size. The hotel was very quiet even though it was very busy. The underground parking was appreciated. The hotel was within walking distance of the Budweiser Centre and restaurants. Very convenient location!

The carpet in the room had stains on it. Not a big deal but it made us wonder about the cleanliness of other parts of the room. The mattress slightly dipped in the middle so made for a restless sleep. The hotel was busy but there was only one elevator working.

We stayed 2 nights: 1st night: Mar.3-4 Double Queen $$$$ 2nd night Mar.4-5 King Jr suite $$$ Positives: 1. Staff was wonderful and accommodating to arrange early check-in to 2nd nights room. Our bookings were done months apart and we were unable to co-ordinate before our stay began due to high demand. 2. Location was good & premises were clean. 3. Breakfast "Grab & Go" was great. We left each morning feeling satisfied. Lots of food and good quality. Staff again did a great job! Negatives: 1. I feel there was price gouging by hotel/booking.com due to "The Brier" in town for 10 days. 2. Maintenance issues were observed; only I elevator was operational & very slow at peak times, noisy bathroom fans, stained carpet, bathroom shower handle was loose (reported to front desk on checkout) 3. No street signage led to uncertainty of location. Thank goodness for Google Maps or we may still be driving in circles looking for it! Temporary signage is required! 4. 1st night: Queen x 2, room was overcrowded with little room to move around, too hot, no blow dryer, dirty towel on the back of bathroom door; Other than being over priced we had a good stay. 5. 2nd night: Room was a better temperature, we loved the Jr King suite giving us room to move around and sit other than on the bed to watch tv.

Staff are friendly, and the continental breakfast was very good. Very cleaned, comfortable bed. Parking is available in the lower level for an additional cost roughly $15 a day. Good location right in the down town area which we prefer to be. I recommend 💯% 👌 we will be back there again.

The only minor sit back there was no sign the (name of the hotel) on the building. We happened to just notice the number of the building. The hotel used to be the Holiday Inn.

Had everything I needed, nice room, king bed upgrade, TV worked first time, coffee machine worked and beautiful hot shower,.....all clean. Rug could have used a good deep cleaning but generally a good room.

Signage for the hotel was non-existent, I parked close to where I thought it should be and walked to find the exact location but I didn't see even a numbered street address let alone the name of the hotel, I just walked into the lobby and saw 'Allure' on some of the desk literature. Please tell me I'm wrong and simply missed the sign.

Great suite, everything supplied great staff service,. Good continental breakfast with assortments nice room views although there are homeless around they are harmless and a lot of cases are friendly and courteous

Probably the people in the past staying here who finds something to complain about in which i am also one of them, but in this hotel i have nothing to complain about and completely happy with the room i got. Well done Allure management and staff

Nice starting location to get to know London by walking, there is a cool Hungarian restaurant just next to the hotel (worth to checkout!). The bed was very comfy and the vent worked well, you could make the room pretty warm.

You are charged for parking and the hotel says that they owe no responsibility for the values stored at the parking lot (it is an underground garage that is possible to close with gate). It would be nice if they would close the gate for the nights as people go there once in a while and use it as a restroom (at least we have found a #2 on arrival, which was cleaned by the next day so credit is deserved but still..). It was not possible to open the window at the hotel room. We did not notified the stuff about this as we think it was designed that way originally, so it is not a fault it was just surprising.

room was comfortable and clean bathroom was very clean breakfast included is always a bonus I appreciated that the underground parking was available this time around location location location...we watched the London Knights play and it was only a 15 minute walk to Budweiser Arena

it had nothing to do with the facility itself, but I would have liked the abundance of students that were staying at least respect that other occupants are trying to sleep after midnight...too much noise in the hallways

Bed was super comfortable and the room was a good temperature! I liked having a choice of pillows! Perfect temperature in the shower! Plenty of toiletries available

We went down for breakfast at 8:30am, there was no orange juice left and no hot water for making tea! The choices of food were minimal with no actual hot food available just food that you can reheat in a microwave! Not worth the extra money in my view!

The room was clean the bathroom was very clean the bed was extremely comfortable I felt the car was more secure than when we stayed at the Armories across the street we showed up a little late for breakfast but the staff said it was ok to get breakfast, which was extremely nice of them Front desk staff were polite and professional I highly recommend this hotel 15 minute walk to Budweiser Arena So many food choices along the way We will be staying on our next visit to London

The staff was very friendly and helpful with explaining the parking and amenities. The room was a good size and had a nice view of the downtown out the window. It was a very comfortable stay.

We went down for breakfast at 8, and there was basically only microwave sandwiches, yogurt, bread products, and tea/coffee. There was no hot breakfast (I never checked if it was promised, though).
