Breakfast- good for one of us but not the other. Would like a separate meal prepared/ set aside because I saw a lady mixing serving tongs up (using bread tongs on eggs) then my spouse couldn’t eat. He has celiac and cannot have wheat/ gluten in food at all— Very happy with staff (friendly, helpful, kind), location (short drive to all we needed), comfort, cleanliness, beautiful view of maple trees from room, fridge and microwave were great to have, coffee/ tea maker and complimentary coffee/tea was nice too, work out room, and laundry room great too. Thank you

Shower diverter difficult to use ( stiff). Bathroom fan not working. Breakfast- couldn’t eat because have celiac and no foods contained separately.

I was particularly impressed by how clean the hotel is, i also noticed deliberate quality control measures being implemented by staff to keep the hotel clean and smelling fresh. Staff were friendly and very helpful, regrettably, i cant recall any of their names, i would have liked to say special thank you to them through this medium. The location of the hotel was also good for me relative to places i had to visit in London. A few things i wish were abit different are - Breakfast time. I wish it could extend to 10am on weekdays , just like during weekends, the hotel may want to consider universal wall adapters in their rooms to cater for visitors from outside Canada/North America, to enable them power their electronic devices such as laptops and phone chargers. The dryer at the laundry also seems not to working optimally. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and i would recommend Country Inn to my friends and family. I look forward to many more stays at this hotel, as a regular visitor to London.

The property is clean, though outdated. We did not mind though. The room itself was incredibly spacious. The bed was comfortable, however, the pillows were flat - but anybody who has stayed in chain hotels knows that this is the standard. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No complaints; if you are looking for a place just to spend the night, this property will fit well for your needs.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, even in the main areas. Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable enough (a bit firm for my taste), the pillows were good. The bathroom was very clean and the shower enclosure looked pretty new. The contoured bathtub was very comfortable! There was an included continental breakfast that had a decent variety of hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage), cereal, toast and pastries, yogurt, and fruit, tea, coffee, juices. The breakfast area was very clean and organized. The area surrounding the hotel was very quiet, and our room looked out onto a treed area, so it was very quiet and private, but you were still close to many amenities. It is just down the road (walkable) from Victoria Hospital and the Children's Hospital. There are also restaurants (a bit far to walk), a grocery store, and other amenities nearby on Wellington Rd. I really liked that you could open a window in the room (especially for outside air circulation). It's a fairly short drive to downtown London / Victoria Park area.

I didn't like that the only USB charging spot was into the TV, so to charge my phone, the TV had to be on. The TV programming was confusing. We wanted to watch a movie, but could not figure out whether this was even possible. Watching regular channels was easy though.

The room was very clean. Breakfast had a large selection to choose from. Croissants were very fresh, coffee was piping hot. There was very little noise from the hall or adjoining rooms. I do not recall requesting a quiet room but am grateful for it. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating when I could not get the remote to work.

A line on the little information slip, telling us to bring our tray down from the room. Three other guests asked me where the trays were. I was glad to be able to tell them, but it would have saved an extra trip.

The breakfast was great, hot fresh food, the girl was on top of everything refilling and keeping it clean. She made fresh croissants and cinnamon buns every morning. Coffee was great.

The fresh made Oatmeal needed salt.

The room was clean and cozy. Mikayla was most helpful during my stay. She loaned out a charger cube when I forgot mine and helped me reset the cable box when it was on the fritz. Great customer service! Also a provided breakfast was a nice surprise. Will definitely stay again on my next business trip.

I needed a handicap room and didn’t get one so I was unable to have a morning shower as the tube was too high and there were no grab bars to hold onto I had ask for this on my reservation as it is a requirement for both me and my husband

The room was clean. Having breakfast was great especially early am. It is accessible to places for eats and shopping. Quiet and liked that it had a later check out.

Nothing really- other than looks like it could use a "refresher" in rooms-update.
