The bedroom was clean and very well decorated. Very friendly staff. Quiet and comfortable stay. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Extra tip: Amazing breakfast at Billy's and we loved the Açai/Dragon Fruit bowls across the street!

There's no parking at the location. Because of that, we decided to travel to London by train. The train station is fairly close to the hotel though.

Decor and location. They also had an awesome coffee maker. Easy access to everything in London.

No simple breakfast ( yogurt pastries) was accidentally overcharged ( charged twice for stay) asked staff to talk to manager about some form of compensation. ( As I live in US) my accounts are tied up for 3-5 days for me bank to correct. ( Leaves me cashless in the meantime) I was told to call the manager in 3-5 days. They caught the mistake but it still tied up my account. So as much as I enjoyed my stay. I will not be back as I feel that customer service is lacking. ( It's my finances tied up,not theirs)

Perfect location for us, we were attending a show at Budweiser Gardens which is across the street. Staff were super nice and helpful, room was huge and comfortable.

Only minor thing was the bedside tables were sticky like they hadn’t been cleaned properly. Also, our room had no direct window to the outside, instead our window looked on to some kind of internal seating area which only had a skylight, so the room was perpetually dark even with the curtains open. Would have been good to know in advance, or given the option of booking a different room with a full window.

The room was fantastic. Its was open concept with a spa bathroom so if you not comfortable with that i would choose a different room with out the tub. The hotel entrance is on Covent Market Pl but the entrance to parking is opposite the hotel in the underground and that entrance is on King Street. You can exit the parking on garage on the hotels street however. Parking can be paid for with in the hotel just have your ticket with you. The bar is nice, we didn't eat at it, but the drinks and cocktails we great and priced right. Right across the street from Budweiser Gardens and restaurants are a plenty

Kinda wish the toilet area had its own sink, the room only had a small sink area so when the wife was getting ready would be able to shave of something.

Very modern and hip. Neat room layout with open area tub. The front staff were super helpful - Esther at the desk was so helpful in getting us in and parked. Even the nice fellow from the bar helped me navigate from the back door to the reception. We went to Budweiser gardens for a concert and you couldn’t get closer. The amazing London market is across the lane.

Not a problem with the property- but Google Maps will take you to Dundas st but that’s the back door and you would be double parking and then have to walk through the property to check in. One street south there is a quiet lane with 20 minute parking right outside the reception area.

Great room - very close proximity to quality restaurants - short drive to hospital which was our reason for booking

We had room 405 and there were no electrical outlets near the bed closest to the bathroom. The outlets were completely covered by the head of the bed and therefore I couldn’t plug in my white noise machine or phone (for alarm clock) close to my bed. That was actually quite inconvenient.

Lovely self check in online portal, great for the introverted soul! Great staff, they were very helpful and offered quite a variety of board games for our amusement. Extraordinarily spacious loft with a beautiful bath.

Honestly the only thing was the door lock pad for after hour comings/goings, it was very sensitive and took us a few tries to get it right with the sensitivity being off.

Spacious room with tasteful, modern decor. Well equipped with a desk, charging station, fridge, coffee pod station, nice large bathroom with walk in rainfall shower.

The pillows were terrible! Rock hard and plump. Made for a poor night’s sleep. Also, there is a sign at the front desk and in the room to say what toiletries etc. are available (some complimentary, some for a fee) yet they didn’t have any toothbrushes or toothpaste at the front desk. The front desk person did say she happily would have gone to the Dollarama to get us one but it was closed at the time.

The rooms are giant, staff is great and very welcoming. The walk in shower was very large and I love how clean the room was. The soaps they have there smell amazing and the housecoats are lovely.

The beds are really low and not great quality but they were comfortable. I don’t like that you have to park offsite but they have a parking garage and you don’t have to pay extra.

I have stayed at this property a number of times. The property is always clean and well maintained. Loves the new room lock system made me feel safer. Everyone is very professional. The night duty associate is very friendly always has a welcoming smile and is very approachable. She make you feel comfortable.

That you have to wait till till exactly 3:00 for check in. The rooms which are carpeted.
