Staff - in general EVERYONE was helpful- Zach on Reception and Vikram in the bar and Lalita at breakfast were.of special note. The beds and pillows were the BEST of my whole trip - non feather. The fitness room and pool were lovely - big pool and well equipped fitness room (24 hours) Breakfast was delicious and well presented The steak in the bar was also delicious Location for the airport was excellent Shuttle bus is regular and the driver friendly

The fact that Booking.com told me the wrong pick up point at arrivals for the shuttle bus and the wrong address for the hotel 😢 The CORRECT pick up point is #41 at T3 arrivals. The hotel was perfect

I needed a room for one night between two flights. I didn't order breakfast. There was free coffee and water in the room. It is really close to Terminal 3, you can even walk to the hotel from there. There is a free shuttle btw the hotel and it stops at Terminal 3 and 1. There is a special, designated stop for hotel shuttles but it's hard to find it, you have to ask airport staff for it if you can't find it (someone was kind enough to come there with me). There are plenty of hotel shuttles coming and stopping there but be very attentive because sometimes there are buses occupying the exact stop and your shuttle might stop in the area wherever it can. You don't need to order it online or via phone, because it comes twice an hour (theoretically it leaves the hotel at every fix hour and at every half an hour so add a few minutes to arrive), you just have to be patient and wait for it. It writes with BIG letters on the shuttle the name of the hotel and also the address (Airport Road) because there are many Sheratons in Toronto. Attention! This is not/not the Sheraton which is right at the airport, don't get confused! This is also close to the airport, but not right there. (Attaching a picture of my view, you can see Terminal 3 close and the OTHER Sheraton, too).

Everything was ok.

Modern hotel near Pearson Airport. Most things worked fine. There is a restaurant/bar which was basic but good

The wireless would not work on my tablet because of an expired or non-valid security certificate which the table did not accept. I have used the tablet in multiple hotels so the issue is with the hotel system. There was confusion about the parking policy. One person told me one thing on Day 1 and another person told me something different on Day 2. The hotel is in something of a desert, no restaurants close by

The staff were lovely. We arrived after midnight because our flight was delayed, the shuttle bus driver was there within minutes and was very helpful, the woman on reception was warm and welcoming and had held a quiet room for us. The buffet breakfast was good, with a variety of fresh fruits, cereals, and hot dishes and again, the staff were excellent, giving us a good start to the day. There was also a non dairy milk.

The air conditioner was noisy and came on intermittently in the night.

The lobby was lovely. Close to airport. Room was great with comfortable bed and pillows. Tv was huge for a hotel. Appreciated the dark blinds for sleeping in as we arrived overnight from airport and we're very tired. Staff was friendly and made conversation with me during checkout. Overall best hotel I've stayed in for park and fly.

We got stuck at the park in my gate and had to back up and return to lobby for a ticket to be able to get it. System seemed to not be working that day.

In general, the experience of staying at this hotel was very pleasant. The attention of the staff was warm at all times. The breakfast was of very good quality and the room with impeccable cleanliness. We stayed here with our dog. In fact, we forgot a sweater and a jacket and after two days we returned and the procedure to recover these clothes was very agile. I would stay here again.

The parking was a little expensive

The free airport shuttle was super convenient. The room was very comfortable, good size, clean. The main aspect for us was the fact that we were allowed to take our two cats and not pay more for that. We were flying from Portugal to Calgary and traveling like that with cats was super stressful. We were extremely grateful that the hotel made this piece easier for us.

We left very early morning, so we didn't experience much besides sleeping. But, from what we saw, it was all great.

The people at reception were very helpful. Rooms and building were clean.

The shuttle bus service was to small only able to carry 6 passengers plus the driver. We had to wait extra time because of it. Breakfast was good but the price charged was different from the quote received on booking.com. Eventually we were given 20% off our meal but shouldn’t have even been challenged or said that nothing could be done because it was booked through booking.con. Also we were charged for water we had already paid for at reception. It was eventually corrected but we had to really work to get it reversed.

I was due to arrive just after midnight, but my flight was delayed and I did not get in until after 4am. They were very accomodating and the front desk staff were very polite at 4am. Bed was very comfortable...my 5 hours of sleep were great! Also, the hotel is only across the road from Terminal 3 - so no matter what time of the day or night, it is a very easy 3 min walk acorss the road! (they also have a free shuttle - but the fresh air did me some good!)

Rooms were clean. Staff was great. Facilities were excellent for an airport hotel. Very close to airport, a short 5 min walk. 10 min walk to the UP express train that brings you downtown.

Some upgrades in rooms needed. Very busy and loud in common areas but that's to be expected for an airport hotel.
