Advance Inn

The room was large with 2 single beds. Any hotel in the US with 2 beds would be half of the size of the room in Advance inn. Overall I liked the large space, furnitures in the room. It was a very affordable place just near Niagara Falls. Also within walking distance of many nice restaurants. The hotel staff was also helpful to let me do a cash deposit for security deposit as I didn't have visa credit card & properly returned.

2 shortcomings: The microwave in the room started making noise at the middle of the night and I had to deplug it. In the morning when I tried to heat the food it seems the timer setting doesn't quite work and you have to press randomly to get it started. Anyway I had to deplug it after heating the food as it continued to make the noise. The shower faucet was leaking continuously as the valve might have loosened over the time.

Kelly, at the front desk was very polite but confused about me paying for a week in advance with booking.com. She said that they normally only take nightly. The room was clean, fresh fragrance and the floors were newer laminate! The queen size beds were comfortable, not too hard with nice medium soft pillows. The air conditioner worked very well and the small fridge and microwave were clean and functional. The bathroom was clean but dated. Our room was smoke free, but everyone else smoked outside.

Parking was limited, so it was first come, first serve. Kelly insisted that we have clean sheets and towels on a daily basis...we opted out as we only stayed one week. We wanted to stay up late to see the attractions at Niagara Falls Ontario, and we wanted to sleep in every morning. I wanted to stay longer, as I am applying for work in Niagara Falls Ontario, as a professional music teacher. I am now at Sunrise Inn on Lundy's Lane in Niagara Falls. We were comfortable at Advance Inn, and we would have stayed for the month of July at their affordable rate. Hope we find a clean affordable place like Advance Inn, where we can stay much longer until my son and I find a suitable longterm apartment in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

I loved everything else the owner was very reasonable he was very easy to work with talk to and he helped me out a lot through this hard time

I didn't like my family brothers or cousins friends who came to check up on mere have dinner or take me out would be thrown off the property and told the cops to be called if they were to come knock on my door because apparently they are not allowed here but every hotel has a rule after 11 keep the noise down in the visitors down that was my only issue

The property is out dated but the rooms are very cozy. It was my first time staying at this motel as I worked in Niagara Falls that week and I was very satisfied the beds were okay, the AC worked I was satisfied. The owner Peter is super nice as well as his staff!

Comfy beds, they added extra pillows before we got there as requested. The shower was awesome with proper water pressure. We had 2 fridges. Kelly - the lady who checked us in and helped us over the weekend was awesome.

One night there was an argument between a few people behind the hotel. Not their fault but it kept us awake for about an hour. The door, although it closed it wasn’t flush to the door frame so it made it seem it wasn’t closed at all. The handle was a little tricky too.

Perfect if you want to see the Lundy's Lane battlefield memorial and related sites, with shopping and conveniences all around. Easy to find, with adequate parking, and easy to get around. People were very friendly and courteous.

Although the room was spacious with a comfy couch and armchair, it lacked a place to hang clothes.

Room was very clean and spacious, and the staff are very friendly our first time there and we really enjoyed ourselves we will definitely go back

Bathroom is an old model,but very clean also some new drapes will make it stand out a little more, but nevertheless it's still comfortable,and am going to recommend my friends and i will definitely go back on my next visit to Niagara Falls

The location is very good, close to Falls and other activities, and value for money as this was in our budget, this property is like a Motel kind of thing but good and budgeted

Location was great. All great food choices everywhere. Staff was really nice. Room seemed a little outdated but overall satisfied with my stay for the price I paid for the weekend.

It was really noisy the first night I was there. It was by no means the fault of the motel. Just felt like a fight was outside my window/room. The parking lot was small but manageable to get in and out of. The pool was roped off

Room was bigger than I expected and cleanliness was up to par. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and service was great! Free parking was super convenient just outside our rooms.

Toilet walls were a little rundown but everything worked fine. Curtains had cobwebs linked to the air conditioner but we didn’t touch it so that’s ok too. Towels and bedsheets were clean but stained.
