Finally a pet friendly hotel with a view of the Falls! Check-in was quick and easy. Desk staff get 10/10. It was a pleasure dealing with such helpful and pleasant staff. They make this hotel! The view from the room was incredible. waking up to the sunrise over the Falls and falling asleep to the illuminated Falls. Jacuzzi was fabulous. Within walking distance of falls and Clifton hill.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the view of both the city and the falls. The jacuzzi tub was a treat. We enjoyed the many restaurants and entertainment within a couple of blocks.

Parking was too expensive at $45 a day. Our first room was advertised as having a sofa bed, but when we arrived, the mattress was so thin that I couldn't allow my child to sleep on it, as it felt like pure steel. Staff was finally able to offer us a better room, which was lovely. Cleaning of rooms should be daily and not every 3 days. It would be nice if the pool area offered a hot tub.

Clean hotel and great front desk.

Everything was ok except the parking situation. The parking staff was rude to us on more than one occasion and since there was no on site parking the first two nights we had to walk through a run down looking building the area didn't look safe but it was and that made us uncomfortable. We left the map on the dash and the parking attendant was being mean telling us it was confusing him instead of just reading the pass he gave us attitude and walked behind us.except for the parking staff everyone else was super accommodating And everything was very clean.

The lady who attended to us, Catherine, was extremely helpful. She was kind and very accommodating. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. Location was great.

The air conditioning was not great, unfortunately. It was loud and not very cold. Loud would have been okay but it was warm most of the night even when we adjusted the thermostat.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and gave us a very nice room that had a great view to Horseshoe Falls.There is a beautiful manicured and quiet walk path with ample seating areas, just to the left of the large Marriot. However, this gorgeous walkway does not offer many views. It is perfect for the early morning runner!

I was disappointed by the distance to walk to the falls overlook, but the taxis were not terribly overpriced. I wish there had been at least a continental breakfast and coffee in the lobby. I can imagine that many, if not most of the rooms, will not offer the view that we had. The Marriott in front blocks the full view of the US falls and the fireworks. I highly recommend that the hotel offer a shuttle service to the falls overlook area. That would improve the overall value the hotel.

location was nice. the room was a good size, it had a mini fridge and microwave so that was convenient.

our first room was on the second floor and our view was trees…I think management should focus on hiring someone to cut those trees down; we are all there to see Niagara Falls. They did move our room up a couple floors though Also, the bed sheets had a lot of stains that we didn’t kind enough to complain about. But it’s something housekeeping should be mindful of. A lot of loose hair was found on the sheets and bathroom. The pool was closed for renovations and the site didn’t let us know that so that was inconvenient.

It seems that Booking.com did not complete our booking and we did not in fact have a room when we arrived because the hotel was sold out. I tried to contact Booking.com through their site and by phone to help remedy the situation to no avail. It has been three days and Booking.com has not reached out to me. The hotel bent over backwards to try and find a room for us anyway, while I sat on hold for eternity with Booking.com. Props to the hotel for helping remedy the situation that was not their fault.

Rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast at turtle jacks was excellent, price was fair.

There was no mini fridge in our room. When we asked the front desk, the answer was “not all rooms have a fridge, not for the price you paid”. Which was $400 for 1 night.

The staff was very professional and accommodating, but I was disappointed to learn upon checking in that we did not have falls view rooms; and that they would cost $150 extra per night. I was under the impression that our rooms had the falls view. But, all in all our stay was very comfortable. Our grandchildren very much enjoyed the pool, and we were within walking distance to the falls. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, as well. Parking was a stiff $45 per night.

Bar-restaurant closes at ten pm. Not convenient for late night snacks or drinks

Room was basic. No complaints. Falls view room had nice view. Walking distance from the falls.

Don't fall for the "off sight parking". If you choose to pay the 45$ for on-sight parking, that's fine. They also offer off-sight parking, "5 minutes away", for 30$. That's 5 Minutes away from form the hotel in the opposite direction of the falls, across the street from a 10$ a day parking lot. While walking from the hotel to the falls, we saw parking garages for 15$.
