I liked how the staff welcomed you and were very helpful. I liked the comfort of the beds and cleanliness of room. It was satisfactory for the few days I stayed there. No, it is not a fancy hotel. The management and staff do what they can to maintain the property.

The breakfast was not good at all. There needs to be a change in type of sausage they use. It was not tasty at all. The staff could be a little more friendly in the breakfast area. I know they get very busy with all the bus groups, but a little kindness and making sure everything is filled at all times could make the breakfast experience much better for the customers. The hotel has a good business with tourist, but could use new carpet in rooms.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. This location is only minutes away from the falls and only about 15-20 minutes to the Buffalo Zoo. Would highly recommend for a family vacation. Our son enjoyed the pool and even though it's inside its nice that they can open the side doors for the fresh air during the day.

This is no fault of the hotel but our upstairs neighbors had a child up past midnight running back and forth in the room. I know kids will be kids because I have my own but when the stomping and running wakes everyone up. Not good!!

fact it is minority owned and most staff is African American. Staff is great very accommodating ,breakfast was amazing they actually cook the breakfast 😋 pool was great room was comfortable

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean and smelled great. The layout was spacious and comfortable. I was impressed by the quality of the amenities-- the pool was small but heated (be ready with extra towels when you get out as te deck area is cold). The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent complete with fresh waffles, scrambled eggs and a variety of bread. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with good value and great cleanliness for families.

I would like to see an EV charger on site in the future to accommodate electric vehicles .

We both enjoyed the cleanliness. The room was quite comfortable with the layout being perfect for the two of us.

To be honest, the stay was exactly what I wanted and expected for a 3 night stay. The location was a little strange, but the best possible choice after being in the area. The pool did not have any tint or anything blocking the outside public from looking in which was a little off-putting for my wife.

Some VERY friendly and helpful staff, kudos for that Hotel recommended great tour with Super Tours, just wish they had been honest about how long it was, it was so much more than just the Maid of the Mist that I requested, a bit too much for my husband

Husband fell walking from handicapped space to hotel front door right when we got there, kind of a dumb design our front, instead of direct route to front door there is garden to walk around with curbs. I was just commenting how dumb it was when he fell, luckily no broken hip like his last fall We eat a whole foods plant-based no oil diet so nothing for me for breakfast--OK, used to it, carry my own food Linen should be 100% cotton, not comfortable otherwise

The location was great! I preferred being about 5-10 minutes from the falls and away from all the traffic. The pool was clean and a good size. The rooms were also very clean and a good size for a family. The staff was very friendly and loved to engage with the kids and made sure our stay was good for us.

We had a king suite and my kids were using the pull out sofa to sleep on, but we never got linens for it. I called down to the front desk at 7pm and didn’t receive them until after 8pm. My kids were tired and just wanted to go to sleep.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room; excellent breakfast, good location, and superb staff. Michael and Yolanda were very friendly, Nadia was quite helpful, and Toby was simply exceptional. He was very informative and gave a restaurant recommendation that was much appreciated, with a memorable Italian dinner. During our 5-week road trip through the U.S., a Comfort Inn in Mississippi was the absolute worst experience. Conversely, the Niagara Comfort Inn was the absolute BEST. Highly recommended.

All was perfect---great staff, superb facilities.

beautiful facility, large hallways and rooms. chrome in the bathroom was spotless! the patio attached to the pool was wonderful for watching the kids swim. the room was very comfortable, and the pool was a bit. breakfast had a lot of options. designated smoking area was appreciated. all employees were wonderful, so kind and friendly. all needed amenities were there. short commute to the falls, and into the town.

Breakfast was great, a variety of selections, clean kitchen and environment. Location was close to the shopping areas and Canadian border, exactly what we wanted. Very clean bathroom with lots of towels. Customer service changed our room and gave us an adjoining room with our friends on the spot, no questions asked.

We do not drink coffee and was looking for herbal and decaffeinated tea but there was none.
