Very nice staff ,clean rooms and very good breakfast ....recommended

Lighting was a little low on side ,they should put more bright lights

I’m very iffy about staying at hotels because I hate paying for a hotel that has great rating then when you arrive it’s disgusting and smells like mold , I truly prayed and asked God please don’t let this be another hotel with careless staff only there for the money and not the passion for their work and praise Jesus we arrived hotel didn’t smell like mold or damp basement the room was a little small but perfect seeing I’ve been on missionary trips and slept on dirt , the room was CLEAN the bed was CLEAN and trust me I go in and strip and check for hair reused sheets bed bugs I check it all and resanitize bathroom the comforter had a stain but it was embedded washed but their NO PROBLEM but good job the breakfast was set up nice I didn’t eat I grabbed coffee and bananas I’m also a chef so I go in and scope out the area for quality freshness and cleanliness , over all it was a pleasant stay and the young man at check in was very humble polite and friendly God bless you all and thank you also the nice older lady at morning check out was sweet thank you God bless you all great job❤️❤️

lots of free parking. free breakfast was great. staff are so accommodating.

i think one of the staff/contractor parked their car out front while it was raining, blocking off the entrance of other people trying to unload their stuff and wanted to avoid getting wet in the rain. then this person took the only luggage trolley there, load the bread, and other stuff and parked the trolley in the kitchen. no one was able to use the trolley.

The property is in good location, near by to all amenities. Even though they are under staffed, we we welcomed and treated with good respect and attended us whenever needed. Especially we were attended by Mrs. Sangeetha and she was really nice to us and spoke really good. I liked the way she was humble towards our requests and fulfilling it.

The bath room had a place to take shower and they forgot to put proper sized curtain. The water spilled all over the bathroom whenever we took bath. We felt it was messy and did not like that. The mattress is not comfortable at all as it was having too much of spring action, we get disturbing when we move sides. It should have been more firm

The attendant at the front desk was very attentive, answered all of our questions we had and also told us on a few occasions that if there was anything we needed, she would make sure to fulfil our request. The hotel and our room were both very clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye and also relatively quiet. And I can't forget the breakfast included during our stay! They had a waffle maker which made breakfast even more delicious!!

The staff was welcoming and the check in process was easy. They had free lemon water once entering. The queen beds were comfortable. The fridge was pretty good size and microwave available. The breakfast (which is important to me) was pretty decent. The sausage was good and the waffles were delightful. There wasn't a hug assortment but it was good non the less.

The pull out couch was not very comfortable though and the shower was not super great or powerful.

I like the location because it was close to things and walking distance and close to the event that I was going to

What I did not like is there was no really Lobby to relax or sit in with outside relaxed seating either so if you wanted to go outside and enjoy the weather there was really nowhere to enjoy the weather at

The attention of the owner, she made us feel like we were at home, very warm and close! The price per 3 days, 2 nights was $147 which was pretty good for what we got because it also included the breakfast. The hotel was close to lot of restaurants and stores and only 15min drive to the Falls which is not bad at all. The beds were very comfortable and big and the room had everything we need it.

The room was small, I expected to have more space, it looked like it was a single room not a room for 4 people.... so we were a little tight The variety in the breakfast wasn't that much, it was ok for the 3 days we stayed. Maybe add somw fruit? And fix the coffe machine?

Very close to the Outlets on Military Rd, shopping-Walmart, Target, Sam’s Club, TJ Max, Dollar Tree, Ollie’s, Wegmans, Tops Supermarket;, and restaurants-Olive Gardens, Chillis, La Gallera, Buzzys Pizza. About a 10-15 minute drive to the falls/Rainbow bridge. About a 20-30 minute drive to Buffalo, Trader Joes, Crumbl Cookie, Sonics Drive In, Plenty of parking.

rooms were very clean and the 2 queen beds very comfortable. bathroom was larger than expected and shower was strong and hot. the best part of the room was the smart large screen (?65 inch) TV.......a million (ok, hundreds) of satellite channels (free) and access to netflix/prime etc. the breakfast was as expected for the price paid - fresh and decent food.

the smart TV should have the guide feature synched so surfing can be much easier
