Cozy bed, plenty of pillows and blankets. Room had decent space and shower water was comfortably hot for the very cold days we had on winter. Basic but quality amenities. Good value if you just need a place to sleep. Staff was friendly.

Room temperature could be a little higher, not as comfortable but not freezing as well. The only "major" con was that the shower space was almost claustrophobic. Also couldn't lock the door from outside when we left for a ride, had to lock the knob from the inside then close the door.

we really enjoyed our stay, the room was very nice and clean, check in and -out went without any problems and the owner of the motel was very nice and friendly. The 100$ caution was also no problem at all, we were very happy with our stay and would come back!

Property was decorated nicely, was clean, and the rooms were clean and as described. Bonus points as the pillows were extremely comfortable and I'm usually very picky about my pillows! Landlord was very polite and accommodating. Five minute drive to the Falls and not on a busy street so you don't hear any traffic from cars going by. AC unit in room that is adjustable. Hotel sized toiletries provided in bathroom. Check in and out was painless and quick. Would stay here again!!

The locks on the door were old, and required quite a bit of force to properly shut and lock. (Door opened in the middle of the night before I basically body slammed them properly shut.) Breakfast basket was muffins, juice boxes, and bananas. Coffee pot is small but works (bring your own coffee filters they are not provided.) Rooms are not exactly specious but they serve their purpose well and are a great resting area for the main event: Niagara Falls.

The room was cozy on this charming property. It even had an extra bed. There was a welcome basket with fruits, sugar free juice (kudos for the extra effort since it's hard to find healthy options in motels these days!) And muffins. The room even had a micro fridge. Everything to amke our stay a wonderful, comfortable one.

Everything was just perfect!

The motel was so comfortable. We had clean supplies, soaps, hair dryer and even a mini fridge. We stayed for 1 night only but we definitely would come back again. Recepcionist was there waiting for us until 10:25 and had to close at 10 pm But he nicely waited for us ( we didnt have internet so we got lost looking for the motel) so we were so grateful he was there!

It was well located for our purposes. It was clean and in good repair.

The bed was not really comfortable. The room next to the bed was really small, and not comfortable for a large person. The bathroom was also really a tight space, I almost had to back in to the stool.

Decorations on outside of motel made us smile and brought back memories of when traveling was warm and fun. Owner/host was exceptionally efficient and kind- also a man of his word. If he reads this... "Keep em flying!"

This is not the Ritz Carlton; it is quaint, clean and a great value. If you've got biking on the itinerary, I cannot recommend staying here enough.4 miles to Falls and 95 percent of it is on a beautiful paved bike trail along the river.

By car, easy access to Niagara Falls City centre. There is also a public bus option, the bus stop just a little towards the city. A lovely chat with I assume the owner.

The close vicinity of the motel to Niagara falls. We planned a trip urgently and got this motel that was close to NF and we could complete our planned trip. The hotel incharge was kind enough to guide us completely about the various locations and activities.

Nothing noticed.

Location was quiet but with easy access to attractions. The room was comfortable and clean and although basic was adequate for my needs. The staff was lovely and very helpful.I would definitely recommend .
