Hampton Inn Niagara Falls/ Blvd

Staff specifically hotel manager was very cooperative. My room door was locked from inside at night (due to my kids) and we were outside. We were already tired and had baby with us. So it’s very hard for us. But the hotel staff and manager act immediately and arrange maintenance guy at the night of 4th July ( very difficult to find) . Within 10 min door opened and we all were relieved. This is awesome . I appreciate it. Nice breakfast. Excellent for families with nice breakfast.

Convenient area, smells great, great staff. It wasn't too busy so we got the pool to ourselves and it felt very homey.

The shower was a little dirty as well as the microwave. The layout of room was weird and jaccouzi was small and loud. The fridge was very mini and the bed didn't have enough pillows. The guest pool was very small and the water was so cold though it was an indoor pool and there was no way of knowing what time it was. Breakfast used to be great but it was limited. there was no bacon.

Clean room, swimming pool, and great breakfast. Staff were nice up at desk. Great location for easy access to I-290 and to the centre of Niagara Falls.

No business centre with computers and printers like some other Hampton Inns and hotels we dstayed at, That is about it. Otherwise a great hotel.

Lovely facility with friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Really good breakfast. Very convenient location. The bed was comfortable and having a fridge and microwave was very nice.

We were there 2 nights and we were unaware that housekeeping wouldn't be coming to our room. I understand most places have limited housekeeping due to COVID, but they didn't even do trash and towels. There was a large cobweb above the bed that I left a note about, but obviously no one saw that.

Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean and the staff very friendly and attentive to correct any issues.

I had to ask for toilet paper which should have been in the room. Also, I asked for a quiet room but my room was to near the interstate side of the hotel which generated additional noise. Overall, it was tolerable.

The place is not only pretty but also clean. The staff kind and knowledgeable. I like the fact there is a pool and a laundry room available to all guests. Breakfasts are delicious! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The room was clean with well-stocked bathroom supplies. The breakfast was pretty good and filling.

It will be great if a water cooler/dispenser is available near the reception or on each floor instead of having to buy bottles. We bought water carton from a nearby grocery store as it worked out cheaper than bottles.

The location of the property is really ideal and convenient. It is only some minutes drive from Niagara Falls State Park. There is an outlet nearby, a visitor center just opposite the property as well as several places to eat. Buffalo is also about 20minutes drive from there. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. It was a great experience staying in this property and we are thinking of choosing it again next time we visit the city of Niagara Falls, NY.

breakfast was good. room was clean. available supplies were at desk. staff was knowledgeable.

wi-fy did not work. was given a promo code to use, but it was not secure. window to look out was blocked by building over hang, could only see brick wall. guest above us someone was running back and forth till 12 midnite. heard some kind of drilling or something all night long from somewhere. maid service not available on weekends.
