Small " mom and pop" type motel near Niagra Falls. Easy check.in using the file card method. Room was small but had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Cleanest room I have ever had!!! You can hear your neighbors but after 10pm everyone seemed to.settle in and it was quiet. Highly recommend this motel unless you need good internet connection. Excellent value in a great location.

the WiFi is awful, they offered two sign-in \passwords but neither would last for more than 15 seconds. That is the only negative to the stay and the reason I did not give a perfect score.

Room and amenities were pretty basic, but clean, comfortable and well maintained. I always travel with a coffee maker for early AM coffee, so having no coffee service in the room was no problem. I did see several other guests out foraging for early coffee. I offered some of mine, but they politely declined. Having a chair outside the door with an ashtray is one of the most considerate things I have ever seen. As a smoker, I'm used to being exiled to a distant location or having to smoke in the car. Mary, the owner, was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants and 15 minutes from the Falls. Staff was very friendly. Pool was added plus for the children. AC and TV worked wonderful, and my oh my the water pressure in the shower was amazing!

Pillow was a little hard for me but my husband loved it! Parking lot is a little tight but manageable once we realized there was a specific entrance and a specific exit. Bed was slightly springy but not terrible.

The cleanliness of this motel was impeccable. The rooms smelled of disinfectant, the bed comforters were washed not oily, the bathrooms did not show signs of covered mold, the floors did not turn my socks black. The outside was clean and manicured, not messy and old looking. The pool was not just beautiful, but it was clean and not overly chemical. The biased expectation of a "motel" is it is old school, run down and dirty. The Moonlite Motel was far from this. Better than any commercial branded hotel I've stayed in -- and as a frequent business flier I have frequented plenty. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to our particular needs. The property felt cozy and secluded, yet was right in the middle of town so easy to get to stores, restaurants and key attractions.

There was a small issue with managing water temperature in the shower, but once you were aware of the issue, it was easy to control.

This was a nice classic motel or motor inn. The owner was very friendly and explained the motel has been in her family for 30 years. The place was exceptional clean and the beds comfortable. We didn't use the pool, but it had tables to sit at and the water appeared very clear and clean of debris. Great for kids. Even though there were other people there, our room was quiet. Room did have its own a/c as well as large screen TV and refrigerator.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

It is a well maintained, nice place for family short stay. Bed is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Easy to check in and out. It is small motel but enough space to park. The location is 12 min to drive to the Niagara falls but there are lots of stores and restuarants near by so it was very convenient.

Carpet is little dirty since it is old place. But no smell or bug at all. My room was right beside of the road so it was little noisy when car pass by. But no problem to sleep.

At first glance when coming up to the hotel I was a little worried cause it was a little small but the room was super clean staff was very friendly it def exceeded my expectations so it’s as cliche as don’t judge a book by it’s cover would def stay again

There was nothing we didn’t like only thing I would say if a negative for the place but it’s really not much of a negative is the parking lot and parking is a little small but still worked very well though

The property was well kept and clean. I was worried about the possibility of a musty smell, but there was none!!! The motel is a bit dated, but they have made renovations, which help with comfortability. The staff were wonderful, it is a family owned property and they take pride in making their guest feel welcomed. Mary and Eddie you are the best!!!!

The room was a bit small.

We stayed at Moonlite motel based on previous reviews. A good choice. I’m picky on rooms smelling musty, moldy etc. My room was quite fine for no smell. I could open a window with a partial narrow screen to get fresh air into the room. Good bakery two minute walk from Moonlite. Recommend whip cream filled chocolate glazed. Denny’s across street from bakery. McDonald’s about 7 min walk from Moonlite motel. I used Uber from Buffalo airport to Moonlite due to difficulty of parking near Niagara Falls and very high cost of rental cars these days. Approx 25 min ride. I am happy to stay at Moonlite motel in the future. I appreciated the attentiveness and care of the owners with their lovely classic 1950’s style Niagara motel.

the motel is small and the room was very clean and exceeded expectations for the price. the location is in an older neighborhood but the property is well kept up. this was the least expensive hotel of my trip and I was happiest with it. it is close to Niagara falls and is not a chain hotel.

the walls were a little thin so I could hear a neighbor but this was very minor. i was very pleased with the room for the price.
