Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls

Loved how clean the room was. Everyone was very kind and helpful. There was really nothing I didn't like about it.🤗

Pleasantly surprised with the variety of the breakfast options. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything in the room was in working order. The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Parking is mostly behind the building, so I felt my care was in a safe location. Conveniently located to the outlet mall, and just a short drive to the State Park.

The breakfast area is a little small. Bathroom in our room was also a bit small, but not too bad. While I knew this was going to be the case, I was still disappointed that there is no cleaning service during our stay. The hotel prices in Niagara Falls are terribly inflated at this time of the year. I guess I was hoping for more for $500 for a weekend stay. However, I would stay here again.

The location is nice being that we were vacationing for the falls. The rooms have a modern appearance and were functional for what we needed.

We didnt know that room service was to be requested by us as we needed until we saw a sign for it, to request room service at the front desk. No big deal as we were only staying two nights. But just used to it being customary that they replace the towels and change the garbage everyday you stay. That wasnt done. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Great hotel in a great location on main street close to shopping, restaurants. One night stay travelling over the border for some shopping. Covered wheelchair parking close to the main entrance. Room very clean with lots of towels, microwave and mini fridge. Small breakfast included. Bread, english muffins, for toasting, muffins, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes & syrup, yogurts and cereal. coffee, tea and all the condiments, located in a small area on the main floor. Staff very polite.

No complaints. Great place for a short stay.

The staff were helpful and recognized opportunities to improve my stay, like storing my bags before check-in, a luggage trolley and letting me check food packaging for allergens. I felt safe in the neighborhood.

It was a long distance from the falls. Buses were available, but not always reliable. I would have preferred drawers instead of low shelves that needed too much bending to see into them. I kept my clothes on the spare bed instead.

very clean and cozy hotel just minutes from USA falls and the border. Very good price. Friendly staff and a hot breakfast.

Nothing negative to say.

Breakfasts was surprisingly good considering that I was expecting a continental breakfast (bagels and muffins). They had eggs, sausages, pancakes and juices. The room was clean (and somewhat modern), the facility/building was clean, modern and staff was available and very helpful.

I don’t have much to say that’s negative. The experience was as expected for a 2 night stopover at that cost.

Clean, spacious, friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Best deal! Always so hard to pick a hotel in a place you know nothing about. This was a great choice. Very clean. Bathroom corners are my inspection points. Clean! Awesome shower with a seat and several little shelves. We were in room 403. Queen suite. Had a couch and ottoman Microwave, fridge, 2nd sink in room. Lots of lighting options. Average breakfast, good enuf to fill us up.

No coffee maker in room.

The rooms and hotel itself was clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was standard but included, which was nice. My fiancé does not sleep well in hotels, but he slept like a rock at this one. There were a variety of places to choose from for dinner not too far from the hotel, and it’s close to Niagara Falls and various shopping and arcade attractions.

The room was a little small for the price, would have been nice to have a sitting area, but we made it work.
