The room was big enough for 5 of us to be comfortable. Everything was very nice and clean. Ended up checking out a day early and was given a refund for the day we didn't use. Will definitely stay here again. The bar and grill on the roof had good food also!

Only complaint I have is that the gentleman that was at the counter when we got there wasn't very friendly. He was too busy with his phones calls and acted like we were bothering him. Everyone else we talked to was very pleasant.

The roof top bar was nice. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The bathroom was stocked with what we needed also. The free breakfast in mornings was great, there was something for everybody.

I wish it had more food options and my drinks and small pizza were expensive. I got 2 whisky and ginger drinks and a pizza and it was $40.00. I don't think the bartender lady knew how to ring up whisky and ginger as a drink and it took awhile. It would have been nice for a full service restaurant to be on site and to have vending machines on our floor. Also it would have been nice to have a hot tub and the water pressure wasnt that great.

The location was great as we went to a football game in Buffalo and then to Niagara Falls The rooftop restaurant was good, there was a band there Friday night and it was lots of fun The staff there were very pleasant

There was a flashing light in our room in the smoke alarm that flashed continuously and was very annoying It made it difficult to sleep Our smoke alarm at home doesn’t flash like that Also the sink in our room didn’t drain well. it came close to overflowing a couple times The breakfast bar was not stocked all four mornings we were there. The worker apologized and said that two people left and she was alone to try to keep up with everything

Good location

The use of plastic knives and forks and p aper plates for breakfast… in these times, we should be trying to avoid the use of single use items… the amount of rubbish after each breakfast serving was huge. This could be avoided. Such a pity you don’t think more about your carbon footprint. Perhaps a decision at the top but this needs to change because its not sustainable, as a hotel chain (and a nation).

Staff were friendly with interactions. The room was definitely clean. Convenience of shower items hanging on the wall and pumps. The breakfast was pretty decent.

I didn't like the pool hours, I wanted to go in at 7:00 a.m. before leaving for the day. There is no lifeguard at any time so not sure why the pool hours have to be shortened or maybe there doesn't need to be any at all. Try to use the fitness room since I could not get in the pool and there were two people in there so the door would not unlock. Needless to say I was unable to use either.

The location is fabulous. Super easy to find and a short distance to down town Niagara Falls! The breakfast was great, but very busy! My kids enjoyed the pancakes but the machine always had a rather long line. The room was super clean, and we used the pull out couch for my oldest child!

New , spacious room. The hotel is only about 12 min drive from Niagra Falls which made for a quick commute. The breakfast was very nice with variety of items available to pick from .

Didn't care for the check in - the check out was much more friendly. While the hotel is close drive to the falls , there is absolutely nothing around it. It is located between a highway and an industrial area, can't walk to anything or get food without having to drive at least 10 min to find anything.

The rooms were kept so clean, had microwave, mini refrigerator, air conditioning and coffee machine with pods in the room. Bathroom is spacious and is clean. It had a hair blower, lit mirror and bathroom towels. It had a standing shower and had shampoo, conditioner and body gel. I stayed in the room on the 2nd floor with 1 king bed and it didn’t have any view. I stayed for a couple of nights and didn’t have any room service clean the room after 1st night. Breakfast is included in the price and the spread is good.

There is no drinking water in the room. Had to purchase bottled water at the front desk.

Everything here was superb! From the staff to the clean smell as you walk in the door which Carries over to your room! The beds were comfortable and very clean. We loved how it had cable tv and were able to watch anything! The rooftop bistro was beautiful and modern. The food was excellent and fresh! Location to Niagara Falls is only a hop skip and a jump to see the Falls. It was one of the BEST Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed at! The wildlife was plenty on the grounds. Thank-you for the amazing service. Will definately come back to stay.

It was very new and up to date. The staff was very good and helpful. The room was large and convenient. Breakfast was good. It was in a good location in a safe area with easy access to Niagara Falls. Fitness center and pool were clean and up to date. This is on the running for the best place we have stayed on our trip. The staff was also honest as they found my coin purse and retuned it to me when we returned from our tour.

The microwave in the room malfunctioned and put our a burnt plastic smell.
