Everything was excellent. The personnel is very polite. I felt welcome. After I checked out I was waiting for the bus which was arriving in about 2 hours and then allowed me to wait in my room for 2 hours after the checkout time. That was really nice, I appreciated that. The room is big and clean. The bed is extraordinarily comfortable. The bathroom is clean and roomy as well. The location is peaceful and quiet.

The Wi-Fi signal was not very strong in my room, but it was not a big deal since I had mobile data.

It was clean, easy to find in a great location, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the man in the office at check in was extremely nice. My family felt safe in our room all night. This hotel was a great value for our one night stay after being at the falls all day.

The property could use some updates and the bed could use some more pillows.

The Scottish inn in Niagara Falls NY was a quiet and safe place to stay while me and my fiance was out in the falls visiting family. The room was unbelievably clean, comfortable bed, great television selection and staff was very kind and helpful and was willing to work with us so we could had brought our two kittens along with us. We both will be staying at the Scottish inn in the future for all of our visiting needs

The man who checked us in was very nice!! I loved the location. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Air conditioner worked great! Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom floor was dirty and coffee pot had spiders in it. Curtains were filty and lighting was poor.

Great location. Clean comfortable room. Not fancy but charming and almost retro. Exceptionally clean, very friendly management. Easy check in, super easy checkout. Perfect for my quick trip.

Nice size room for an affordable price...TV, mini fridge included. Bathroom was well kept, and had all the amenities you need, shampoo, conditioner and soap 😊

The ac seem to be too humid and it's causing dirt to sediment on floor. Other than that every is fine.

There wasn't breakfast at Scottish Inn. Scottish Inn was close to where we were going.
