Incredible view. Room service breakfast was fantastic. Friendly staff. Within walking distance of every attraction we wanted to enjoy. Very comfortable bed.
Extremely loud banging/construction at 9am. My husband and I weren't able to get back to sleep after that. Constant high-pitched beep sound (no clue where it was coming from). The cost of parking is absolutely outrageous and should be made clearer before booking (adds $40 CAD a day to the cost of your stay). From the parking garage you have to walk through another hotel, a casino, and a Hard Rock Cafe to reach the lobby. We got lost, very confusing.

Great deal on breakfast buffet. That really sealed it for me. Our family of 4 at for under $100 with tip while enjoying a beautiful view of the falls.
Parking is a little expensive, considering it’s a fairly significant walk to the hotel. You’re almost better parking across the street ~ pay $5 to $10 instead of $40+ tax.

The room and view were excellent and the beds were super comfortable. Checking in was fast and customer service great.
Parking was ridiculously expensive and to top it off came with unrealistic taxes. $39.00 turned into $47 per night. On top of the general taxes, there is a daily Resort fee which again in taxed. So the prices aren't really as quoted.

The location was great. The Restaurant on 13th flood was wonderful for views and for food. The 7th floor pool / bar area was great and had great views. The staff were very friendly.
The hotel lobby was extremely crowded at all times and it did not appear to be filled with hotel guests only. It was by a very busy street corner and Starbucks was in the lobby behind the hotel lobby, so people tended to drift in. The hotel staff were very nice but there were not enough on duty in the mornings. One person had to handle all concerns at the desk. There should have been at least two so that the quick tasks could keep being managed while the other one handles the bigger issues. The rooms - disappointed in the small sink area and no cabinets or drawers to put your accessories. Also - expensive to park at the hotel and we were not aware when we booked here that we'd pay so much per day for parking.

Location, outdoor pool was also great.
We had asked for early check in as we were travelling with a 4 year old. We had received an email back that you would try to accommodate, however it never happened. We went for a walk and food and came back to the hotel at 4pm and were given our luggage and keys at approx 4 15. We went up to the room where the housekeeper informed us that the people had just left the room and would be another hour for the room to be ready. We went back downstairs tot he lobby with all luggage and 4 year old child and waited in line to speak to the front desk. They put us in another room but honestly for the prices charged and this inconvenience i was really disturbed.

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The gigantic bathtub had amazing jets, perfect for sore legs doing a ton of walking. The view from our room was breathtaking. We could open the cool door in the room and every night the firework show was like it was just for us! The location is everything.
The elevators in the hotel were BAD. Sometimes we'd be waiting ten mins just to catch one. It was pretty frustrating. Just as we got all suited up to go to the indoor pool, they closed it. We tried to go to the rooftop pool, but my autistic son said the music was too loud (beautiful outdoor pool, but he was right, the music was pretty loud)

The location and how friendly the stuff was. The facilities wee clean and modern. We were close to the elevators so you can hear them run during the night.
After the first night who made my bed seems like never made a bed before. The lower sheet was 1 and half feet off, leaving a gap where the mattress was without cover. I had to re-make the bed when I noticed it. I've never seen something like that in all my traveling. Also we were four in the room and the first day we have 4 sets of towels, but the person who made the room, took one set away, leaving only three. I hope this helps you to help the stuff to pay more attention in those little details.

Great view! Beautiful room, corner suite. Felt safe. Rooms were clean. Liked Starbucks, gift shop and other options at Lobby. Hotel was close to everything! Free parking in garage. Kids loved the arcade, waterpark and rooftop pool. Liked the text to get towels, maintenance, etc in hotel or ask a question. Room service breakfast was good. Glad our bottled water was replenished with housekeeping. Beds were comfy. Loved the extra blanket.
The wait for the elevators is ridiculously long. Stairs were accessible for coming down, but not up?! The indoor pool was too small. The rooftop pool could get really windy. Would have preferred the housekeeping be earlier in the day. No shuttle service, had to get our own taxi or uber. The shower was not ideal. Liked the rainfall part, but if I didn't want to get my hair wet, I used personal shower which just shot across the bathroom, water all over the floor. Kept using up our towels. I bought towels at waterpark, but housekeeping took them. :(

The views of the American Falls was good, right from inside the room. The location is central as you can just walk in 5-min to the Hornblower Niagara cruises, and also the busy touristy Clifton Hill St where you get most of the food. We just parked our car in the hotel for the entire 2-night stay and walk to most places. You should also check out the Italian restaurant on 13Fl where both the food and service was good - worth the price. Plus you can catch the fireworks which happens at 10PM on most nights.
I always try to leave good feedback for businesses to improve on (if they want to). One observation I made was how hotels after the pandemic tend to save costs on things like providing floppies which to me is so basic and such a necessity than it's penny wise pound foolish not to do so. After guests pay so much for the hotel room, how much would a few pairs of disposable floppies cost the hotel? One more thing - they can surely do better with a lower price for parking. It's too much if you ask me.

The location and the view of The Falls were FANTASTIC! Hotel staff was overall friendly and quick, even if they weren't as informed about in-facility operational hours. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Mini fridge was good and cold. Plenty of cups, glasses and towels. Easy on-site parking (PS: its not free but they bill to your room approx. 39 CAD/night). Very easy check out process. If you can, upgrade to a partial/full view of Niagara Falls...IT IS WORTH IT! Grand View Restaurant near The Falls is fantastic for lunch! There is a beautiful garden across the street from the hotel.
One of our rooms didn't get the cleaning that it needed. There was a full cup of coffee left on the table from the previous guests and the floors definitely could have used more vacuuming. And one our rooms was missing the privacy/dont disturb door tag. All the pillows were super soft not firm at all. Also one of the shower floors had stains on it but the rest of the washroom was super clean. NOTE: If you're staying during the weekday most places close at 9/10pm. Some even close earlier, so just check and don't assume -- esp if you're looking for something specific to eat.
