Location ok. Good large room

Breakfast was very poor cold scrambled egg no choice of different cooked items no value for the price charged

We had a late check-in. The staff was outstanding and very kind. The new that we were tired and they placed us on a floor with no traffic and not very many persons. It was quiet to say the least, just as we wished. Breakfast was nice and well organized.

We accidently left a few of our personal belongings in the closet. When we realized it, we were an hour away. We opted to pay for shipping of our items but that was a little more of a task. We had to describe the items that were left behind, and then drive back to pick them up. Our fault of course, but a contingent plan should be in place to return personal items to owners.

When we arrived to the hotel on the evening of June 27/22 there was also a tour bus full of young ladies from Quebec who were all waiting for the elevator while we were checking in. My daughter has a 1 year old baby girl so she was telling me we should use the stairs to the 5th floor so we wouldn't have to wait, and then the young lady at the desk came running over and asked the visitors from Quebec to let us ahead since we had a baby and escorted us into the elevator. The girls from Quebec were very courteous as well. My daughter has stayed there before and we will definitely ;stay again. Loved it.

Room size, clean room and bathroom, elevator access, late night check in, staff was amazing, housekeeping was great, pool, lobby area was welcoming.

Complimentary breakfast in the price would have been great. Hallways smelled like cigarettes, a nice fresh smell would have been very welcoming. Staff to help with the luggage would have been great.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The beds 🛌 were comfortable and the washroom was up to date!

The breakfast was surprisingly inadequate with limited choice of food! And the only lady who was probably the supervisor was kind of abrupt and pushy!

Excellent location, rooms were beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Staff incredibly helpful especially at breakfast. It's like they couldn't do enough to help out! This is our second stay here and we would choose this hotel every time even if it was a bit farther to drive. We stayed here and parked at go train and took in a concert in Toronto. 1/4 price of a hotel downtown Toronto and certainly more convenient.

Would have been nice if bar was open later during the week so that we could have had a nightcap after our Toronto visit.

I didn't try breakfast. Staff were friendly and courteous. Linens/bed very comfortable.

We stayed for 4 days and there was no housekeeping service. After 2 days we asked about this and were told that we had to request housekeeping. The next day housekeeping did not come in. We had to request new towels and coffee refills. I would have preferred if they had asked at check-in - "do you want housekeeping?" How often?

We had a wedding next door, so excellent location for that! Lobby was beautiful and front desk staff were very kind and quick with check-in

We booked the room with a sofa bed but didn't get one, which wasn't the biggest deal so we didn't ask for the right room, but still you want to get what you book and pay for. I found it overpriced for the quality of the room

Modern, spacious room with comfortable king bed and walk-in shower. Cleaning services are on demand. Good wi-fi and work desks in the lobby.

Hotel info in the rooms would have been useful, either on screen or in binder. Little storage space in terms of shelves or drawers. More suitable for travel by car, but has OK access to downtown Toronto by GO train.

the restaurant was good for breakfast however I invited family for supper so we were 8. It was really long to get served and 1 of my nieces hamburger wasn’t well cooked so we sent it back to get a burnt hamburger. Thé rest of the food was good. Small portions however the prices were amazing
