The customer service from Maryann is exceptional!!! surely she goes not just the extra mile but the 1000 miles. I witnessed how she helps every customer that comes in, completely impressed about her human being and the service that make you feel careful. That's exactly what you are looking for when you are far away from home. And Randy is the best alarm man that I ever meet. Guys you have the best crew that I ever meet, Thank you!

The shower needs a bit of love. The rooms doesn't have microwave or safe

Room was clean and staff super friendly. We had an amazing time and the location was perfect. Very happy there was parking available for an extra cost.

Our room key wouldnt work to let us in the building so we had to keep going around front everytime we went outside for a smoke. Our room only had two towels which was frustrating because we specifically asked for a room with a jacuzzi. There were no extra towels available at the front desk.

Room : the bed very comfortable and the duvet very nice. Bathroom had very good hot water and pressure. I liked the fridge to use for a few things. I liked the k cup machine. Wifi was good. Room was quiet. I didn’t see anything that was broken. Everything worked well. The housekeeping were doing a good job. It is just a shame that the missions are in this area but I guess they need to be somewhere in the city. The desk staff were very helpful . Parking was convenient. My biggest suggestion would be be new carpet throughout. It would make a huge difference.

The area the hotel is in. It’s close to the market but surrounded by homeless, drug addicts and prostitution. The opposite side of the street is better to walk on because the begging is mostly on the hotel side. The elevator desperately needs new carpet. The halls need upgrading too. The room carpet was ok but there were stains that obviously were not easy to remove. The rest of the room was good.

Booking was my name and my children were arriving earlier for check-in. The staff was very accommodating and allowed them to check in with their credit cards to be used for authorisation. They also permitted us an hour of extended check out time as we had plans to walk around the city. Was situated at a great location in Downtown Ottawa area accessible to different restaurants and shops just outside. Though I didn't have a car, they did offer a Parking for guests

The shower curtain kept sliding to one side and this allowed the water to trickle on the floor making the small bathroom floor wet .

The beds were amazing. So comfortable 😌. Very nice staff to help with anything you need. Efficient check in. Overall, a great experience. Will return for future stays in Ottawa.

The actual toilet is bit low for seniors. A bar would help if the toilet can't be raised. The pressure in the shower left a bit to be desired. A bit stingy with the coffee. Although the hotel can't do much about it, the vagrants hanging outside the door asking for money every time you come or go is very unsettling.

There are a supermarket, a convenience store, a big shopping center, many offices, an independent cinema, sightseeing spots, bus stops, O-train station, and many restaurants and bars nearby. On the parking side, it is very quiet. Receptionists are very friendly.

The facilities are old, and air conditioner is a bit noisy. The entrances are always locked, and the key slots don't work when it is cold.

The room was pretty good. Beds comfortable and spacious. A fridge and some USB ports for chargers were also there. Washroom and bathroom were clean, towels and toiletry were present.

The building itself was pretty old. Sound isolation was not that well. A windows was a bit broken, and I couldn't close it completely. The AC was old and noisy, and you couldn't adjust the temperature, just choose between hotter and colder. The location itself is pretty nice, very close to the parliament hill and other POIs, but there are lots and lots of homeless people around the hotel.

Great location and walking distance to most of what Ottawa has to offer. There's a supermarket across the road which was very convenient. The staff were so friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. They looked after our luggage on the last day when we checked out so we could do a bit more exploring before our flight. Bathroom was nice, good water pressure and hairdryer was decent. I liked that the sink was separated from the toilet and bath/shower.

The toilet didn't flush in our room but they moved us to another room without any troubles. Walls are a bit thin and we could hear someone drying their hair at 5:30am which wasn't appreciated but no fault of the hotel.

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean. Bathroom was great and advantageous having the sink external to the shower/toilet. Good location close to food outlets, supermarkets, and walking-distance to Parliament Hill.

Not the hotel's fault, but the immediate area isn't the nicest, but nonetheless the hotel felt safe and we didn't encounter any issues.

Good location downtown, short walking distance to restaurants, drugstores, supermarkets, local attractions, etc. I was also looking to have the convenience of a fridge in the room and they did have some rooms with it. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The floor carpet on the hall (I stayed on the third floor) and the carpet in my room have seen better times. The one in the hall had so bad and so many of them that made the whole hall look filthy, not the best impression getting to a room. It's time for a good deep cleaning or a new carpet!
