Location was amazing. Close to many of the main attractions. We walked to Bayward market, parliament hill, mall, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Art Gallery and the Canadian Mint

Parking was a challenge. No free parking at the hotel as well their parking lot was full. We received a parking ticket in a public parking as the App did not process our registration. Luckily the hotel staff were very helpful and helped us resolve the issue.

I liked the large bathroom. I like having facecloths available. Also thought the dispensers in the bath/shower were a very good idea. saves on plastic. the room was very large and clean. Also liked the porridge on the breakfast menu.

The area is ok if you know it. I think other travelers might not like the area. Ive been many times and I'm comfortable with that area.

The location was excellent; as was the staff - at the front desk and restaurant. We couldnt have been happier with both!

Had to park in ramp a couple blocks away; but we did arrive late on a Saturday. The staff gave us a complimentary ticket for the amount of parking to use in the restaurant/bar. We were able to move to the hotel lot the next day so all in all was fine.

Excellent location, comfy beds, spacious room and bathroom. The windows in our room faced the interior of the hotel, which probably helped to avoid the noise from the streets.

Unfortunately, there were some rude guests in the hotel that would constantly run and be noisy in the corridors, often in late hours.

We loved being so close to the byward market and we had an accessible room which was very spacious for us with the pullout couch and a cot in the room for kids.

Parking was a little dicey at checkin with an oversize vehicle and roof carrier that wouldn't fit in the underground but we were able to find a place.

Location was perfect so that you can walk on foot easily to most of the sights. Reception staff were so helpful friendly and welcoming. Especially Lucia - who helped with everything! Lots of space in our room and and a fridge plus ironing facilities

Only coffee making facilities in the room - no tea.

Cleanliness. Everything was neat and tidy. The location was great The staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. The restaurant (Bistro) had nice food and staff were polite and friendly. The large TV in my room was great! The bathroom and shower area was great and clean too!

Really, absolutely nothing!

We like this hotel, staff was super kind and the bedrooms were clean. It was in the city centre, 5 minutes walk from everything.

It has a huge problem about soundproofing. I could hear everything from the street and from the corridor. Such a big pity.

Location, location, location! Right in the Byward Market area, we could walk everywhere, never moved our car until the 3rd day when went over to Hull to the museum and Gatineau Hills. On our return from Gatineau Park the road went directly to the hotel! We were fortunate to get a newly renovated room and it was beautiful! Beds are very comfortable and the bedding was excellent. We stayed on the inside courtyard side of the building and it was very quiet. Because it’s only a four story building, it was very user friendly.

Lighting in the bathroom was very dim. Need to upgrade that. Excellent

Location is good. Unfortunately the city has a homeless issue and the Salvation Army is just down the street, but we never felt threatened by them and nor did they hang around the hotel as staff and security were right on the job.
